I blew a tire on the way into town. Ended up with a donut on it. Called around to a few places in the area and no one could help. YRT had the tires in stock that I needed, and got us in the second we pulled up. They saved the day! Thanks guys for getting us on our way. Decent prices, friendly staff, super quick service!

I do not recommend this place for alignments.I ended up coming in after changing my front struts to get an alignment done. On their website they offer alignments for $49.99 so I decided to come here because it was cheaper, it ended up costing $90. Before I came in my steering wheel was perfectly straight. (You’re supposed to get it aligned after replacing struts) I had it aligned somewhere else a few weeks before without any problems. After I got my car back from Autobahn, the steering wheel was completely off and you could see that my tires had a significant “toe-out” and my car pulled to the right when driving. I took it back to them after stating my problem, they had me in the next morning. They said that they test drove it and said “it seemed fine, I did not notice anything wrong with the alignment” they “re-aligned it 3 times” to make sure it was “fine”. After getting my car back again. The steering wheel was slightly better but STILL unaligned and my car still pulled to the right. They did not fix it properly the second time around. Very unpleased with their service. I will be taking it to a different mechanic. Never coming back here. (And also I bought brand new tires a couple weeks prior to getting the alignment done here so it’s impossible for my tires to have uneven wear)

Great experience. Will probably come back for my own tires in the future. Had my girlfriends equinox’s tires switched. Booked same day and it was quick and easy.

Excellent staff at reasonable prices cannot be best call them up

Went in to get new rims put on my car that I had purchased independently. Unfortunately my cars hub was too large for the rims centre bore and they could not fit the rims. One of the tires on the incompatible set was worn out on the inside and I had a spare to replace it. Knowing that I now had to sell this set of rims and tires, they replaced the worn tire and balanced the spare at no cost. I dont know anyone working there and I didn't ask them to do it, that's just the type of people they are I suppose. Decent people.Aside from that, fair pricing, knowledgeable and capable of much more than just tires.I hope they do well, it's obviously a good group of people. I have friends and family working at the adjacent hospital and I've heard a few 'extra mile' stories about York Region Tire over the years.

Amazing Fast Friendly Service... The staff is Knowledgeable and top notch...Had a New set of winter tires installed and balanced in 15-20 minutes...Alex and Staff knew exactly what I needed and could help me promptly after I phoned in explaining what I was looking for....I would Highly recommend this Establishment to anyone as my experience was GRADE A+....Thanks so much Autobahn!!!CheersD.
