DONT EAT HERE!! IT'S A RIP OFF AND THE RICE AND BEEF SOUR ( GONE WAY BAD) YOU COULD SMELL IT ! Couldn't even eat the lettuce it was bitter.The chef and owner seem to have given up on this place.Even when you walk in, there is a sign wait to be greeted, but no one comes. The owner sits in the back reading a newspaper and someone else on the computer. You seat yourself, and then they come to see you.It's sad.The restaurant is out of date. The chairs are worn with no padding, you can smell the cellar through the floor, and it's bad!! It's dark and dingy. They have a Christmas disco light outside. They have billboard type signs outside by the door.The only good thing about this place was the friendly waitress. Who tried to accommodate.After leaving this place I had to go somewhere else to eat. On account of I'm not eating wrotten food!!!It's sad, my guess, with so many other places to eat in town, this place stayed in the stone ages. Didn't move forward with the times. The owner and the chef have given up.It's sad based on the pictures and previous reviews. I thought this place would have been very pleasant. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

Review is based on: poutine, wings and Milano Special Pizza only.We ordered a large wings with sauce on the side - and WOW do they give you a TON of sauce. The honey garlic and hot sauce were pretty good. The hot sauce wasn’t very hot and it had a bit of sweetness to it (not vinegary type). Having said that, the actual wings weren’t very good. The sauces helped mask the wing taste. Wings are not breaded (which I prefer).The Milano Special pizza wasn’t very good. The pizza looked great but it ended up not tasting very good. Personally, I think it’s because of the mushrooms/pepperoni/onions were put below the cheese. I like my toppings on top of the cheese. So since all of those toppings were below the cheese, it was a bit soggy and mushy in the middle.Now the best part of the experience was the poutine! It was the perfect amount of cheese and the gravy was very good.If I were to ever visit Gananoque again, I would come back here for the poutine only.

We are in Gananoque for a family getaway during the long weekend. We went to Milano Pizzeria today to try it and dine-in. Great Greek restaurant, we had a very nice experience. Family owned restaurant with authentic Greek hint in the pizzas.The food was very tasty and big portions, the medium pizza is actually more like a large size pizza in other places and the toppings are just excellent.We highly recommend Milano pizza.

Great pizza, good dough and fillings. Could improve by having vegan cheese to accommodate some people.Good price as well! 14$ for a small 4 slices pizza.

Ate here last night and liked it so well that we came back again. Both times we underestimated the portion sizes and ate until we were full. Staff was super friendly and prices were cheap.I felt like the subs could have been improved, but I’m probably just used to Quebec style subs. The pizza and chicken were great, as well as the fries. As a Québécoise, I give the poutine a solid 4 stars!We will definitely be recommending this place to people passing through!

Pizza is wonderful!!! Thick bready crust, lots of cheese, insane cheese pull, beautiful shredded bacon crumble that’s actually real bacon, pepperonis are delicious and authentic. I got the Canadian with olives on half, and it was amazing. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and they are not shy on portions.The poutine was also an excellent choice, classic diner style gravy with real cheese curds. Also lots of cheese pull!A wonderful spot for a high quality hand crafted pizza, I will definitely be back!

We stopped for lunch and it was absolutely great. Wonderful staff and really really fantastic pizza right out of the oven. We'll definitely be back.

A family pizzeria, there is some seating inside and outside.The place works Monday through Friday only (usually until 9:00 p.m.).There are 4 sizes of pizza and a variety of toppings, there is also gluten-free pizza. You can add drinks (small variety) very nice family place excellent pizza very tasty.

By far the best pizza i have ever had. Hands down!We were in town for an overnight stay and were looking for a place to dine in. Came across this place, saw some reviews online and we went for it.Oh my god! It was an amazing experience. I think it is run by a family and they were so welcoming. My wife spent around 10-15 minutes talking to them after we were done with the dinner. Its the bond that you remember and experience you carry from such journeys.We ordered a Mediterranean Pizza, since we were looking for veg options.Amazing crust, full of toppings and cheese, well done. Hot, crispy, cheese and mild spicy, just the way it should be.

Used to eat here all the time as a kid when I lived in Gan, drove through and had to get it again for the nostalgia after not having had it for 20+ years. Still great and a really classic pizza place vibe.
