My garage door broke on a Friday afternoon. My vehicle was inside and I had to work on Monday. I did a google search and found SOS. I emailed them and received a call back the next day. Ryan came over on a Sunday to check the door. He gave me several options and was willing to help do what was best for me, financially. He came over the next morning to fix it and now it works as good as new. Thank you SOS!!

First time needing someone for a garage door issue. One of the tension springs snapped on a friday night. Saturday morning comes around and I check what's available and if I could do it myself. I got ahold of Tim and he was here within half an hour and had it fixed before noon. Not too often I leave a review but this is a special case.You rock!

Emailed SOS Doors on a Sunday fully not expecting a response until at least Monday. They responded to my email with a few minutes. And they were at my house within an hour. On a Sunday!! I had previously contacted one of the other well known overhead door repair businesses in Lethbridge and was told they couldn't even send someone out to look at the door for more than two weeks.SOS Doors needed to order some parts but the garage door was repaired within two days.Tim was very professional and did an excellent job. Absolutely will use them again.

Tim with Superior Overhead Services is top notch. Having sensor issues, he came the next day, diagnosed the system and offered advice as to what steps should be taken to solve the issues. And he did this all free of charge.I highly recommend contacting Tim for all your overhead door needs.
