Contacted them June 3rd and 4th requesting a quote as I heard they did good work. Told me Bud should be there in the next few days. Still haven't shown up and it's July 1st.Emailed June 22nd asking and no response!Seems like a pattern of terrible customer service. I guess they must be sooooo busy that they don't want new business.Looks like they did me a favour by not showing up as that speaks volumes about their business.

The company was recommended by a person in the business of house building therefore we called and received a prompt response. Bud Dietrich came to the house within a day to see what work was required and within 2 days I had a quote. The work was scheduled to be done in 2 -3 weeks as the weather permitted and 8 days later we have beautiful new eavetrough and facia on our house. The work is excellent, the workers were on time and cleaned up after completing the job. We are all pleased with the quality and look of the new eaves, etc. Thank you for a job well done.Neala Taylor, New Hamburg

Drove to their office twice, to request a quote. Was told both times they'd send someone out the next day but no-one ever did show up. I'm tired of trying to do business with them.

Difficult to contact. Does not follow up with quote. Not interested in new business. Not recommended. Unless you want to chase this company to give them your money.
