Urban Tow Trucks Calgary

My trucks drag link was bent by driver not securing the truck properly. $1000 repair bill.

No problems with the tow. Billing, however... Quoted $120. So, $126 with Gst, but $6 was added for using MasterCard. Surcharge was not mentioned, but showed up in the UNITEMIZED email invoice. Boycott companies that put a surcharge on the credit card, which is a policy initiated by Telus.

Our car died in the parking garage, we pushed the car as close to the door as possible. After a few calls to other companies, Urban towing was the only one with an actual tow truck instead of a flatbed available same day. UT was pleasant to speak to over the phone unlike the other companies, and he was just as polite and helpful in person! Will recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

I needed to hire tow truck to move a 8 x10 shed, and after many calls to tow companies with no positive results, both in when or reasonable price, I lucked out when I called Urban towing. Not only did the tow truck arrive quickly, the driver worked with me, and soon my shed was on it's way. I followed my shed from Calgary to out by Rocky Mt House, The driver meet all my concerns in transport, traveled at a reasonable safe speed, did a great job, was a really good guy. From start to finish it was a good experience!!It would have been a tough move made easy by a professional and the price to was reasonable, from the first contact to the dispatch, to thanking the operator for his service, as he truly took care of my property, I highly recommend Urban Towing, and they will see my future business, worth a call when in need. Driver was great and friendly. I did get charged $275 for a 4.3km tow, and it took them 5hrs to get to me when I was told 2hrs wait time initially. It dumped a lot of snow last night, so I definitely get being kinda late… but that seemed excessive.

Admist our minus 40 weather and 72 hour waits for tow trucks, battery boost and so fourth. No one would return my calls and my vehicle was stranded. 1 call to urban towing I got quoted a 30 min wait and they were right on time. They were quick and efficient. I'll 100% use them again if ever I get stranded. Highly recommended thier services. Quick, friendly and professional. 5 stars

Found them on Google, made the call. Rami was quick to respond. Price was in line with others and they use a flatbed rather than dragging your car. I was quoted a flat fee and rather than pay the 5% credit card fee I paid via interact. They should probably tell you about the 5% fee, I had to ask, but otherwise I would recommend for sure.
