This is a smaller Tim's and it was very busy in the drive through. I decided to get some exercise and walk into the store - not so quick!! They were only allowing two people inside at a time and it was way slower than the drive through. I know they're having staffing issues (apply for a job if you want work!!) but I felt that the drive through was being prioritized more than usual - all customers are important, even those who aren't in their cars!

they, uh, don't always seem to think things through. I've had to contact HQ more than once about really basic errors (like a menu saying you can get X after" 4pm

The drive through was fast and accurate! They even got my mother-in laws tear correct so she was impressed! I stopped and got a coffee to keep me warm while we watched curling!!

Twice in a row now after ordering I’m told they don’t have the food to make my order. So I change my order, and they proceed to mess up my new order. Never going back here again

Can't make an ice coffee right forgot the base in 2nice coffees and asked for candy cane hot chocolate and didn't even put the candy cane in.

I've been going to this Tim Hortons almost nightly for the last month. I just have to say the ladies that are usually there (Dennise and Holly) are two of the nicest Tim Horton employees I have ever met! Not only is the service great ( their always so quick and my ice coffees are always perfect) they are always is such a good mood. It for sure starts my day off great!!

I don't know how many times I've gone through the drive in during day hours when it's all the young kids . Half of them are walking around like zombies not using their noggins. And almost everytime I have to remind them to give me my change. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Need a change of workers
