The girls working there are rude! Dont know how to talk to people normally let alone how to talk to people from a customer service position. I had what i came there for in my hand put it down and went somewhere to buy it. Im not going to support businesses who don't care how your treated.

I went to this store interested in buying a new sweater and shoes but this one employee kept asking me if i needed help finding anything I reply kindly saying no thank you. He kept following be around the store by a foot away every time I was trying to look for something nice. I stayed in the store for 15 minutes and he still kept following me, it felt very discriminatory for me being a aboriginal girl accompanied by my black friend while other people came into the store he would not even talk to them. He wouldn't let us have our personal space while shopping. I got fed up and felt very uncomfortable so I left and brought my business else where.

Was able to help me find the board we saw in store, and placed the order online for pick up that same day.

Staff was super helpful and answered my every question, and they have a great selection of items. The music is very hip and modern and suits the the them of the place very well

Small stores with a few brand name products. You can get some cool Van's shoes and apparel there.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars, i would. The customer service is non existent and has lazy workers, except for 2 that i have encountered that was helpful. Tonight was the worst. Walked in and was not greeted though the store was empty and the cashier saw me approach her though she did not acknowledge me at all (her name is Gillian). I said I wanted to do a return for something i bought 2 weeks ago, which is within their 30 day policy as stated on my receipt and I had double checked with the cashier before I purchased. Gillian just looked at me and said that they do not do returns. I asked why and she just said that a new policy is in effect for the holidays. She was very monotone and did not want to help at all, or bother to try to find a solution as I was told that I could return it and so does my receipt- there was nothing posted of a holiday return policy. She just said I could do exchange or in store credit. Why would I do that if my purchase is fully eligible for a refund? Not helpful at all and very lazy attitude was displayed- I will be contacting their manager or someone of a higher authority if the manager displays the same attitude. Also, all of the positive 5 star reviews here are from the employees themselves. I know this because I work in the same mall and see them there. They are clearly aware that they have a problem, yet they don't address it. Very disappointed and do not recommend going here.

Really gone down hill in the last few months, every time I've been in there the staff are so annoying & unprofessional (most of them are like 15.) Couldn't stay there long enough to buy anything. Too bad cause they sell nice stuff

guy named adrian was the best help. gave me all the info i needed when i needed help looking for specifics. Tiago deserves a raise for his engery and vibe.
