Got my ears pierced here today by Mandy. She did an excellent job of explaining the entire process, picking out the earrings, as well as showing how to clean the new piercings. My friend came with me and we both felt extremely comfortable throughout our entire experience! Would definitely recommend coming here, as it was very hygienic and my piercings came out literally perfect and exactly how I wanted them! Thanks for your help Mandy!! You Rock!!

My wife had her ears pierced today by associate Madelynn". Very pleasant young lady who made us and especially my wife feel comfortable and welcomed while also handling other customers. Answered all of our questions and we can't wait to bring our granddaughters in. Thank you Claires and Madelynn!"

I never understood the appeal of Claire's. Its low quality items and jewelry of cheap metal alloys. The inside of the store also looks like a hoarders dream. Items are strewn about all over the store, and it is impossible to find that one" item your looking for.We got a piercing here and I nothing went wrong. However

Mandy pierced my younger sister ears, she was super helpful, nice and took the time to explain everything she was doing! She made sure she liked what she was getting and made her feel super comfortable! Was a great experience!!

Store is a health and safety hazard because of how tight it is. There was one staff member, TONS of people in the store. So much so you got gridlocked into standing where you were and not able to move. The one staff member had to do a piercing, the mom of the child getting her ears pierced kept saying maybe we should come back when it's less busy" I could tell she was worried about somebody bumping into them during the process. The staff member said no no let's do it now. At that point I was already waiting at cash ready to check out

The staff is very friendly, informative, and helpful in general. I went in looking for a specific thing and a staff was very quick to ask me if they could help and then find closest thing to the description I was giving. They also were helpful with telling me the deals and letting me know what the best materials where. My only complaint is that the store is kind of crowded together and it seems hard to fit some places while still social distancing. Overall, they are doing a really good job!
