Anything local I expected was here, so why not a 5 star one?Food, staff and atmosphere was fine.Enough parking available outside. Suitable place to refuel the body and hit the road.

Like the majority of Canadians over the years KFC was the go to fried chicken place, however after the last 3 visits, for us it will not be anymore. Recently we purchased just under $100.00 worth of chicken only to get home and be disgusted by the presentation. The pieces of chicken were so small that the buckets were only half full. We actually counted to ensure we had received the right amount and were stunned to realised it was correct. We found several small bones - choking hazards - throughout our chicken where pieces like thighs had been cut in half so they can be counted as two pieces. This is a ridiculous decision that has obviously been made as a money maker for KFC and a rip off to the customer -- shame on you.At least the service was fast and friendly hence the one star.

Very poor customer service! Mainly an older lady in particular, who is notorious for having a really bad attitude, and doesn't seem to understand the concept of coupons. Not the best way to keep customers, or maintain a proper business.My family and I will be making the trip out to Trenton for our next KFC purchase, as Picton's is on a steady ride downhill!!

Well, this location is back to its old tricks of short-filling salads again. So this was not a staff problem after all ... It is a management decision and it's totally unacceptable. Worse, the 10 piece bucket contained tiny, dried out, cold pieces of chicken that have obviously been sitting for most of the day if not overnight. Unfortunately the Picton KFC is now producing inedible food. We do not wish to return. We had already given them a second chance after the last instance of them short filling the salads and putting too many tiny pieces of chicken in a bucket. Guess they will try to do whatever they can get away with ... But it won't be with us.

Called 3 times, 2 times no answer (45 minutes before they closed) finally they answered 20 minutes before they closed. Told me their kitchen was closed, therefore they couldn’t make anymore chicken, who closes their kitchen 20 minutes before they close?We’ve come in 20 minutes before, and was still able to place an order. Place is really going down hill.

Decent place, good staff. Interiors are a bit dated though, get the 70s feel. But its clean and you get the same kfc burgers, can't complain when you're hungry and driving by.

Sat here and stood for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I had one employee stare at me the entire time, and then the other walk completely pass me and go to the bathrooms.I never EVER enjoy my time coming in here when I do.

They always seem to have an attitude. Some lady tried to tell me they don’t do coupons but i’ve used them before. yesterday went in, older lady was VERY rude and had attitude. The guy wasn’t wearing gloves, and i found that disgusting.
