What an amazing experience. Customer service is excellent, they aim to please. Omar took the time to go over everything in my vehicle and even back it out for me as the spot was tight. I was so impressed!!

I changing my review to a 4. While I'm still not happy that I had to wait 4 days to get a vehicle, I did get a call today that they had a vehicle for me, so in I went and I decided to treat it as a new experience and not dwell on the other.Service was excellent. Both Ali and Sam were very nice, helpful and professional. I got exactly what I wanted and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!I would recommend calling the Enterprise location before you go, to get the low down on what's available, and I would recommend this location for future business :)---------------------------------------------------My insurance company provided these guys with a requisition to supply me with a rental while my truck is repaired. This was 3 business days ago. They said We're waiting on a few returns and will get right back to you"..... crickets.....I called them again this morning and told them I willing to take anything from a smart car to a moving van and willing to pay the premium difference if there was one. They said "Sorry sir we have no vehicles

Zero of their vehicle are equipped with winter tires, horrible service, I am doing a long term rental and they will not get me something with winter tires or awd, this Kia I have is an actual death trap, does not stop, or turn, it’s the middle of winter in Ottawa these cars are horrible !! I will not use entierprise again

I got a 2 row RAV 4 while my 3 row Sorento was in the workshop for repairs. On top of that, the rental car was dirty, seemed like someone had just quickly thrown some water on it and given to me. The driver's side floor is full of salt stains, the trunk is really dirty with someone's hat in there and also a jumper cable. All the windows are really dirty as well. The service light is on. I went to the branch with these issues, they said they can't do anything about the 3 row replacement because they don't have any cars... the excuse about recalls seems to be a theme from the other reviews I'm reading over here. And they quickly threw some more water on the car and gave it back to me.... this is pathetic service... I just did not have the energy to complain anymore so I just left. I will never come back here and will advise everyone else the same as well.. I'm just stuck with the car from this place because of the insurance claim.

I had an amazing experience. After weeks of stress to get my car fix. My insurance sent me to this location. I was worried that the rental wouldn't meet my needs especially that I'm driving an audi and I'm picky. I was worried that my daily moves would be affected. Dryden (the assistant manager) and the rest of the team hooked me up. They hooked me up with a Nice luxurious SUV thats double the size of my car. I'm able to go to work and workout with no problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

These folks are amazing. I have rented from them several times. Their customer service has been incredible. My experience has consistently been 5 stars. I would definitely recommend them!!

Great experience renting a moving truck. Top notch condition. Staff and manager Kaelan super attentive and helpful. Would recommend this location.

The staffs were nice and friendly.It is easy and fast to pick up/return the car.The car condition is excellent and matches what I expected.

Despite the reviews here my experiences have been consistently positive and I’d recommend them without hesitation. Customer service is very good.

Had to switch a car here which I rented from a Toronto location (Yonge St. and Avalon) This office (Kanata) had one of the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Luckily the Toronto office came through with top notch customer service or Enterprise would have lost me as a long time customer.
