What a fantastic experience with WickerPark. I was the first customer to receive their new Providence collection and I can’t believe the quality and craftsmanship of this set. It’s modern and stylish, and backed by a 20 year warranty. The whole team at WickerPark were amazing to deal with and went above and beyond to accommodate my order. We are thrilled with our new furniture!! We loved it so much that we ordered some additional pieces!! I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first when I read some negative reviews and our order did take longer to be fulfilled than expected. Believe me it was worth the wait. When we picked up our order, we were able to see first hand how busy everyone was fulfilling orders. We were greeted with nothing but smiling faces and exceptional service!! Jennifer personally came out to meet us and apologized for the delay but explained that they were literally in the process of moving from one warehouse to another and trying to keep on top of all their orders. We were given refreshments while the employees loaded our truck as well as receiving a big bottle of spray sanitizer to take home with us!! I have recommended your company to many friends and family.

I’m soooooooo glad I waited (about 4 COVID weeks), absolutely 100% worth the wait. The quality of the pillows and base is far superior to the terrible stuff I picked up last year on Wayfair (which is already falling apart after one season). The pillows are really comfy and don’t sag at all, the base is super sturdy, helps with my lower back pain. Ready to go, I didn’t have to build it. Lisa and Kaley offered top notch service. I’m super happy with this decision, it’s high end furniture at a low price point. No brainer buy if your in the market for outdoor furniture or if your old stuff doesn’t make you happy. (This stuff will).

We recently received our Lovett - Vente Plus sectional from WickerPark and I am very delighted with the look and quality of the furniture. I think the quality is exceptional for the price and the flexibility of being able to order your preferred colour of cushions. The cushion covers are well sewn and the seat cushions are firm but comfortable. The furniture is solid yet lightweight so it is easy to move around and reconfigure the furniture for various seating arrangements. I ordered the furniture at the end of April hoping it would arrive before July and it arrived on July 1st, so perfect timing for the summer. With COVID, companies are facing a number of challenges with supplies/materials such challenges did cause a slight extension to the original delivery date, however Ayah, my customer care rep, kept me well informed of the progress and delays and did everything she could to get the furniture to me for July 1. As I complete the remaining landscape projects in my backyard I will be looking to WickerPark to add a few more chairs to my collection. I look forward to enjoying this furniture for years to come.

I have to say this because I am extremely pleased. When one considers the cost, it is incredible to see that the level of craftsmanship still maintains such a high standard. WickerPark furniture is designed to be sturdy while also being simple to rearrange and maneuver around in order to accommodate the wide variety of activities that take place in and around our outdoor space.

This was my first time shopping for a wicker patio set and after a quick search on Google I came across this company and decided to drop by. Upon entering the store I was greeted very kindly by Cyndi. She immediately knew what I was looking for after asking me a few questions and showed me a beautiful sectional that was perfect for my backyard patio. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products they sell . But I am the type of person who likes to visit multiple stores before I make a major purchase. So I decided to visit some other well known patio stores in the GTA. After visiting numerous stores and searching online I decided I need to pay WickerPark another visit because the superb quality of their products , competitive prices and top notch service could not be matched by anyone else. During my second visit I decided to purchase the large sectional I initially liked and Lisa helped me choose a fabric colour for the cushions and explained why it would look best based on the photos I provided her. So if you are looking for high quality patio furniture for a good price along with amazing customer service then I highly suggest you visit WickerPark because you will not be disappointed!

I really really wanted to love my patio set and sectional but unfortunately it has not held up well at all. We have owned it less than two years and use it only part time at our cottage (under a covered porch) but unfortunately the wicker is unravelling and breaking off, one of the chairs warped when the wind blew it over and the items are not holding their shape. We also purchased the recommended weather covers from the company which we do in fact use all Winter. The furniture has never been exposed to the elements. We also remove the cushions and pack them away every time we are finished using the set. We purchased a set from The Bay to use at our primary home and it still looks brand new after 7 years. Huge difference in quality. The Sunbrella fabric is wonderful though!

She was extremely focused on the customer experience and listened to our wishes. Would highly recommend both Wicker Park and especially Lisa to anyone looking for new patio furniture.

I love the look of my backyard with the new WickerPark loveseat. This is the most beautiful compliment to our specifically designed backyard. Having such high quality items makes it easy to care for them too. I can't stop sharing my backyard on social media either. It's like a bit of luxury outside.

Their team was super easy to work with and always respond to inquires in a timely manner. The patio set itself feels like good quality and I love the fabric used as it is so durable! It was nice being able to customize the sectional (colour and size) for what we needed for our space. Can’t wait to really enjoy this with family and friends once warmer weather arrives!
