Great prices and excellent workmanship. The prices are exactly what they quoted. No hidden extras. I'm very happy with the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone looking for solid surface countertops. They were also very courteous with the floors in my house. They laid down mats so they wouldn't mark up my hardwood.

I’ve heard good things about this company. Unfortunately, the experience we had with them wasn’t positive. We asked them to quote new granite countertops for our kitchen. The estimater they sent to take the measurements barely introduced himself as he entered our home and continued by insulting the company we hired to install our cabinets. Needless to say, we didn’t hire them to make our tops and went with another local counter top contractor whom we were extremely pleased with.

The owners have always been kind and helpful. We got a countertop for our bathroom and the install went great. We are extremely happy with the quality and the service.

We had a great experience with this company. Frank was very friendly, reasonably priced and his craftsmanship was evident in the final result. We would definitely choose Granite Innovations again.

Did not have a chance to deal with these people as the person who answered the phone was very rude. I told her that if this is how rude she is on the phone, I do not want to deal with them.

Granite Innovations came recommended to my wife and I so we decided to go with them. They were not the cheapest but because of the recommendation we were okay with that. After the install was completed we paid them immediately when Frank Jr. was leaving. After inspecting the work they did we noticed the slab in the ensuite was cut about a 1/2 inch short on the wall side and filled up with a big gob of caulking. We were extremely disappointed and I later called Frank Jr and he said the reason why is because the wall was out of square. 90 % of all home walls are out to some degree. Any professional knows this and 2 measurements are made and a cut is done on the line to accommodate the out of squareness. After a couple of calls to Frank to repair the problem he said to give him a couple of days and he would come and repair the issue. We did`nt hear from him or anyone else so my wife and I went to the shop a week later and asked Frank for a piece of quartz sized to fill in the hole. He cut a piece for us and I installed it. We did consider GI to replace our kitchen counters but after this experience it`s definetly not going to happen. They are quick with the demands for the money but after the install they quickly forget who you are. Make sure you do your homework.
