Cavery is truly top notch. I not only got my prom dress here, but later a formal gown for a black tie event for work. The team at Cavery is so helpful; pulling dresses and bringing them right to your dressing room.For my latest event, I tried on a dress in the store and FELL IN LOVE. It was not in my size and the manager was so helpful in locating the dress and ordering it on rush so I could get in on time to have it hemmed. She called as soon as it arrived and had it freshly steamed for pickup! Truly the best!

Beautiful store! The staff is so lovely and very helpful. I had informed them I was looking for a midnight blue dress and the employee right away had pulled out the most gorgeous dress I’ve ever seen! I immediately fell in love and now will be rocking it to my prom. :)

We stopped in 2 times today to find my daughters prom dress, the ladies provided us with the best customer service, they were honest with the fits, colours and their selection is AMAZING. On the second stop in, we tried another 10 dresses, we never felt rushed, never felt like we were bothering them, they walked us through all of the options! Loads of girls trying dresses on, top notch store!

My mom and I went to the Cavery looking for a mother of the bride dress. From the second we walked into the store we knew it was going to me a good experience. Reena greeted us, and asked a few questions to better understand what we were looking for. Within minutes, she had multiple dresses pulled for my mom to try on. Reena was so nice, and thoughtful during the entire process. I would recommend the Cavery to any mother out there searching for a Mother of the Bride/Groom dress. 10/10 selection and amazing staff!

My daughter found her dream dress there yesterday! We drove all the way from Welland and it was worth the drive. Beautiful one of a kind gowns/dresses. She has a huge selection. Reena the owner is amazing so is her staff. Go check her store out.

My grandma bought a beautiful dress from here for my wedding! She had been looking for months and couldn’t find anything. Carvery has stunning dresses for everyone. She had a pleasant experience. The women helping us were so knowledgeable, helpful and honest with what worked best for her. We always find great dresses here!

Very happy with the service and ladies at Cavery. We went in to find dresses for my mom and mother in law after visiting 10 stores, they both left with dresses! My mother in law was a bit uncertain about the style she chose, luckily we called and were able to pause the order right on time and she was assisted in finding a new one she LOVED. We were very pleased with the accommodations made, they made sure they were both very happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Wow what a fabulous place. We were nervous to start shopping for a grad dress for my daughter as we didn't know how long it would take to find the dress. Within and hour of walking in this store we had the perfect dress and the ladies working here made it so easy. Thank-you!

Bought my MOB dress here, can't say enough about the excellent customer service. I had purchased my dress early on form a different store, however I lost weight and need a new dress weeks before the wedding. Not only was I able to get the dress I wanted in time, but the friendly non-judgemental customer service I received was second to non. While it is a bit of a drive for me to go to the Cavery I will not shop formal wear anywhere else.

amazing experience. went in with my mother twice today- associates were incredible. as somebody with chronic anxiety i felt they were a bit overbearing at first- not their fault as they were incredibly busy due to prom season- and i had to leave to regain myself, but once i came back later in the day i told an associate about my triggers and issues from earlier and she absolutely did everything in her power to rectify them. she even waited until the larger fitting room was open so i would have more space in the room and wouldn’t feel crowded, she ensured with all the other associates that she would be the only one helping me due to my sensory and anxiety issues, and never once made me feel like i was inconveniencing her. the whole staff was also super patient and honest with their opinions on dresses. it was an incredible experience and i ultimately found my dream prom dress there, i would absolutely recommend this store to other people.
