Vellore Village Library

After recently moving house, this has become my new go-to local library. It's definitely not the biggest library in the area, but it's certainly one of the friendliest - the staff are great and always incredibly helpful. I visit libraries frequently because I love to read and walking in here a couple of times each week is a joy. Displays are usually flipped and updated biweekly and the holds I request always arrive quite quickly. It's a sunny, warm, and friendly branch.

great smaller size library, with a great view of outdoor skating rink. Areas inside are well seperated; kids zone from working stations.Staff is very very helpful & knows technology.They happily assisted me with sending work to printer etc.....Parking here is ample and close to doors.

Great library, good silent space. Not so big but decent size library. Helpful and friendly staff. Not a big selection of books to select from whether adult or pre teen/teen novels. The staff will help to order from other libraries if available.

Very well managed newest library in the area, great for all ages, located within the community center.

I go to this location a few days every week to study since i live close by. If you want peace and quiet, i would recommend going to civic resource library on keele and major Mackenzie. That location has a large study hall that will always provide you with silence. Because Vellore is a small library, the space is very limited. It is good for group work because you will barely have quiet in this library. The quiet rooms are normally booked so i always take a picture of the calendar posted outside the door to in advance if the quiet area is available to use. Staff provide great customer service and always willing to help.

Went here to kill time and use the wifi. Don't sit by the windows..it was like a sauna in here! Maybe the AC is broken? Library staff, please check your thermostat or look into shades!Library otherwise seems ok..a bit smaller compared to others I have been to though.

Very clean and well organized library in a nice location; I believe it is a few years old so fairly new. There is a good selection of books here.

AMAZING STAFF. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They provided me with all the resources I needed right away. Their dedication to providing outstanding service is truly commendable.
