Quick and pain free customer service. They were very helpful, and were able to switch the plan on the phone very easily. We've always been pleased with this location of Freedom, I'd much rather go in and talk to them directly, because they are well informed, making it easier to make a decision. There isn't any pressure, everything is always above board.

Went in a few days ago regarding some issues with my account. I encountered the most lovely, efficient, and knowledgeable sales associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!! Came in quite disheartened and Zoe Howard had me leaving with the biggest smile on my face! Wish more workers were like her as I’ve encountered quite a few bad ones! Thanks so much again, I will absolutely be going back to see her personally if I ever need help again!!

Store is fine but the network connection is weak and coverage is miserable. This can be problem when someone try to reach you or you try to dial out. Their data included in the plan is useless & meaningless when the connection is not even there. Buyer beware!

Save yourself from these guys tells you a wrong amount in the beginning to start a contract once you are into contract price goes up quickly. Such a pathetic service

I would highly recommend Harry as he gave great customer service. When I got my iphone 11 we didn't notice a scratch on the side of the phone and I didn't see it until the next day when I took the case off. I was really worried that they would just say that I caused the scratch and not do anything about it. I was so relived when they exchanged the phone for a new one and didn't try to make me out to be a liar. It is for this reason that I will recommend Freedom Mobile to all my friends and family. I am sure that the other employees are great however I personally recommend Harry from my experience as he really went out of his way to make me a happy customer! I hope this review can help him get even more business in the future as I am super grateful!I am also happy with Freedom Mobile in general as they offered me more data for less money than I was spending at Fido.

We recently purchased another phone (an Iphone 14 pro max) from this store, and I say another because we have been with Freedom since it started as Wind, at this location. We have always received absolute professional service. This time, was no exception. Daniel C was so good as well as the other staff. Because we had more than 1 phone and things had to be transferred it was a bit complicated (not for Daniel, but for us). He was so patient with all my questions and had us on our way smiling. Thank you Daniel C and the rest of the staff:)

Avoid this freedom store at all costs. The most atrocious and laughable customer service I've ever experienced in any phone store. They told me the phone I wanted was not in stock and did not even make any suggestion as an alternative. Told me to keep the phone i have. Clearly they don't want business...the person was so rude and had a dismissive and condescending attitude as well. I am now exploring other options. Freedom mobile has trash reception so was already considering it. Now my mind is made up

Have been a customer for 2 years now and the service has been good only a few areas where reception is spotty overall good company...would recomend if looking for value and lower monthly bill was previously with Virgin and they beat them by 30 bucks a month was an easy decision to change over.
