Director Navdeep Kaur’s, behaviour is very rude to staff. They always have short staff in the daycare and she always want staff to come to work forcefully if somebody is sick or in serious condition. She doesn’t care about staff health. Who will be responsible if something happens to staff at work while the staff is sick? All other staff members are quite friendly. Please talk with her on this matter.

ETA: Contrary to the centre’s response to my review below, this was not rectified in any way. The centre is being dishonest to prospective parents. Were they to relieve the director of her duties, they would need to find a 4th director in as many years. I believe that is why they were so callous in the handling of our family’s incident.Our daughter was witnessed being hit by a teacher. The witness disclosed to the director who buried it instead of disclosing to me. Head office was shockingly indifferent and placed the teacher back into the classroom under supervision. No repercussions for the daycare director. Head office quietly fired the witness.

Our daughter attended Kids & Company Winnipeg since we arrived in Winnipeg and stayed there for about two and a half years before moving out of the province.Firstly, we thank Kids & Company Winnipeg for making it easier for her to get settled in a new country.Secondly, we want to express my appreciation for always providing a friendly atmosphere for her, a place where she safely learned, played, and grew. The center has the kids always busy doing different activities: reading, painting, colouring, singing, learning French and sign language, doing yoga, and physical exercise. We know all of that because of the cameras installed in the rooms and the detailed daily reports sent to us via the mobile app.Third, the Director, teachers, and cooks (nutritious and diverse meals and snacks are also great) were always amazingly professional, caring, patient, and friendly. Special thanks to the staff that took care of my daughter in the different rooms: Ms. Charlene, Ms. Janet, Ms. Sauda, Ms. Nimrat, Ms. Navdeep, Ms. Sarita, Ms. Gurleen, Mr. Raman, Mr. Robin, Ms. Ravneet and Ms. Marilyn. You know the place is great when your daughter still remembers her friends and teachers.We certainly appreciate all the work you did and will be always grateful!!!

I am so impressed with every staff member we've had the opportunity to interact with over the last 8 months. It's clear all of the teachers/ECE's care about the children, and speak with pride when they recount good things that happen during the day. They are thoughtful, and often go out of their way to do nice things for the children and give them unique experiences. I wish we had started our 4 year old here 2 years ago, and have made the choice to keep our child here for Kindergarten because of these experiences. Thank you Winnipeg Kids & Company!

My son was the part of kids and company family for a while and still he used to come often visit his first care giving centre. We are fully satisfied with the care and services that kids and company and it’s staff is providing. I would suggest to those who are looking for best care please come to this place and give your child in safe hands. Kids and company is the best centre I have ever seen in my life.

My son was bitten today, I was not called until I picked him up and left. They didn't file an incident report because there was no mark. My son has a large red mark on his ear and cheek. If I was called I would have picked him up right away. When I called all I got was excuses. They can't even guarantee it won't happen again. Check your kids if you send them here, don't let it happen to you. Hopefully I will get action posting here.

We had our daughter for about two and a half years and a son for a few months with Kids and Company. Director, teachers and cooks are amazing, friendly and caring. Place is always nice and clean with great healthy meals for our kids.I love that I could check on my daughter anytime I felt like as they do have cameras installed in each room.Family field trips were great! Daily reports go in detail!Well different job opportunities made us leave the city and our kids daycare. Our daughter still talks about friends she made,she had no complaints whatsoever about anything always happy coming and leaving the daycare.Thank you again for everything you have done over the years!

My four year old daughter has attended Kids and Co part time for the past 9 months and we have been very happy with the centre. She has learned so much during her time there. She has especially enjoyed the afternoon Kindergarten session for the older kids and it seems to be preparing her well for entering school in the fall. I have been very impressed with her teachers Mr. Raman, Ms. Haddy and Ms. Sauda – my daughter has always taken a while to warm up to new people, but I can tell that she loves her teachers as she is always excited to see them in the morning and always talks about the things they do together at home. When I have observed the teachers in the classroom, they appear to be handling the group well as a whole in a professional yet caring manner, while still giving each child individual attention. The meal program is an added bonus, one less thing to worry about!

My son has spent 2+ years with kids & company and it has been a great experience! The welcoming faces, delicious meals and dedication to his learning make this an easy place to spend time. We are currently in preschool yellow and so so so grateful for Ms. Becca, Ms. Sam and Ms. Lydia. When you find good people, you treat them like family. Kids & company are part of our family, our community.

My son came to kids and company two years ago and he likes the teachers there very much, especially Napdeep, Sauda, Haddy and Ramen. They are all very loving, patient and professional and treat my son like his own child. My son really learned a lot there.
