Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've personally been here multiple times for orthotics as well as for sports related nail injuries/removal of foreign body in the foot after stepping on something. They are also fantastic with kids as I've brought my young son here for orthotics as well and it was a great experience. They are professional and highly skilled and offer a wide range of services. I highly recommend Rick, Kaitlyn and the team!

Stephen helped me in record time fix an embarrassing issue with my toe I was hoping to address before summer time! I am super happy with the results in literally half the time I was told by my doctor. He is patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable! It was an incredible first visit from start to finish. The office space is gorgeous, the support staff and Dr. Werkman were all so kind with excellent bedside manner, everything was on time, the explanations of what I needed to do were perfectly clear, the take home instructions were thorough and easy to understand. So so impressed and happy to recommend this place to anyone in need of chiropody services.

I had plantar fasciitis from pregnancy for 2 years and I’ve seen so many different practitioners including other podiatrists and chiropodists. This place is super clean, friendly, modern, and professional. Dr. Collison was really patient and clear in understanding and treating my issues. I experienced a miracle that after one shockwave therapy the pain was gone for the first time in 2 years completely. I also got orthotics and they feel comfortable and supportive. I’m very thankful and would recommend this place to anyone.

Clean, spacious office. Receptionists nice. Doctor had great bedside manner with a sense of humour. No rush and took his time explaining all options and went with the least invasive procedure which cost less money. Will be back in the future if needed. Would definitely recommend for people with foot problems.

What a stellar team! Excellent patient care, communication and the latest technology on hand. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked through the door. The staff were all very friendly. Dr. Richard Werkman has an awesome bedside manner and was very patient and thorough. 100% would recommend this clinic!

Our son has two toe nails that had turned completely black. We brought him here after seeing the reviews. The lady who saw him insisted that this is “normal” when it’s obviously not. We saw another doctor and got to know that it’s a condition called Melanonychia. I can’t believe people make others live with a condition like this. Very incompetent. We complained to the reception and they didn’t even apologize. Waste of time and money.

My husband and I attended this practice as new patients and were surprised to be given appointments of only 30 minutes each. We were even more shocked when we were both processed" in 35 minutes total for the two of us and charged $210!!!Basically the therapist trimmed my toenails and declared my visit over. I asked for removal of dead skin on my feet which he obliged under sufferance for a minute or two. My husband got the same treatment.We were both shocked at the lack of time/service we received.To add insult to injury they did not help with insurance claim but instead flung a receipt in our direction and told us to make the claim ourselves.But they were quite proactive in asking us to book a repeat visit.Honestly
