Spoke to Brent later on a Friday evening needing help on some specs for cooling parts. I am from Alberta but was having trouble with a dealer here in AB. Brent was extremely courteous, kind, and helpful knowing there was no sale to be made.Thank you Brent - your kind gesture did not go unnoticed! A very good place of business, I highly recommend.

No doubt... how hard the job is they always get it done on time and source the parts for even older trucks.Juan and Eddie always do their best to keep you posted on the status of repair and provide estimate first. This place is amazing! The customer service is second to none. From the lady at the front desk to the parts department to the service department and mechanics. They are all top notch at their jobs. I went there to drop off one of our trucks and also pick up a part for another truck. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The parts department called other locations and even competitors to see where out part was because our mechanic ordered it from a different location and they just wanted to help me find my part... Bravo Team Cullen Abbotsford! You are the best! I wish I got all your names .....
