Wonderful judgment-free atmosphere, kind & welcoming staff, very fun courses. I started at REPS by taking a few Moms & Babes" fitness classes for a few months after my daughter was born and instantly fell in love! Alison and her team take pride in this establishment and it shows. I am now hooked on their "Kangoo" classes and can't get enough! Nothing has had me feeling this good (and STRONG!) in years. Highly recommend."

Wonderful studio. Really enjoy the mom and baby class. Alison is extremely personable and accommodating to everyone. She makes you feel so at ease which is so nice when getting back into shape after baby.

This gym is fantastic! The owner and all staff love this business like their own. Each and every trainer is full of personality and great attitudes! A lot of special attention is put into making sure watch and every client is getting what they need out of their membership. There are many different options for memberships and well priced, and well-balanced to get back what you put in in efforts. There are many different programs available and a variety of equipment to help in your personal growth. The studio is clean and follows all covid protocols very well to ensure the safety and health of each and everyone of its members and staff.

I want to say a huge thanks to Alison and the REPS team for finding ways very fast to keep her clients training from the beginning of the pandemic. In a matter of days after the lockdown, Alison and her team were offering online live training over Zoom. Then she added pre-recorded classes to her offerings. And when outdoor fitness was allowed by the province, she has figured out a way to simultaneously offer outdoor training (of course in small numbers for safety) and stream these classes live for people who need to stay home. Alison has been keeping on top of the safety rules and regulations from the beginning, is extremely safety conscious, and is constantly looking ahead to be prepared for upcoming changes - whether loosening or tightening of regulations to deal with changes in the pandemic's waves. It has been amazing to have been able to train all through the lockdown and the social distancing requirements! I couldn't imagine not being able to train since March! Thanks for bringing our training community online and for keeping us all on track and encouraged! Alison, her instructors, and the REPS with Alison Fitness Studio is an amazing family to be part of!
