We purchased two crane coti coffee machines in November 2022. Long story short, we’ve had nothing but issues with the machines.As the distributors Barrie and Barrie Jr. have been absolutely amazing to deal with. They have helped me more than I ever could have imagined. They have stayed on the manufacturer to make sure I get the help I need. Their customer service can’t be beat by anyone I guarantee it. I will continue to deal with them in the future.
