This is the worst place! I agree with all other people that the staff here is extremely rude and have very negative attitude.The lady with bob hair in blond tried to direct me to tell my doctor not to add tests that will inconvenience them and it’s of no benefit to the patient and a complete waste of time. So I questioned her if she is health care professional to make her recommendations on my health when she has no history or reason as to why I was taking the test. She immediately buckled and tried to question me about my family’s medical history. I then asked her why she needs to know my family medical history and how is it associated to my lab work being conducted today. She went speechless and had no answer to it so she tried to wiggle her way out of me questioning her. She was unprofessional that in middle of my bloodwork she started attending personal phone call on her cell phone.I wonder what kind of quality control does life lab management conducts to ensure that their staff are serving the patients at optimum level?

The young lady at the front desk with blond hair is very rude. Came with my mom and had no respect how to speak with elderly and seems racist.

Front desk attitude is horrible. If you dont like your job, change it. There is no reason to make people feel like a burden. Fyi, nothing changed, I've been coming here for the last 4 years.

Place was fine. Took some time to check in but I get it they are busy. 5 star would be outstanding and above and beyond. Didn’t greet me right away but I don’t expect it, they are busy. When I got checked in the lady was pleasant enough. I booked an appointment last minute last night, only one spot available it was probably a cancellation.With an appointment I was pretty much seen right away. As much as people are leaving horrible reviews here the staff are human too. Just because they aren’t seeing you right away doesn’t mean they aren’t busy. Healthcare is one of the most stressful jobs with people assuming all kinds of things about their job when they in fact have no idea what is happening in the background.The waiting room was more than half filled. When the website says they take walk-ins you need to understand you are being placed in queue between appointments. I have done a walk in before at another lab so I get it.The lady taking my blood was also congenial, was efficient and quick but I didn’t feel rushed at any point. 4.5 stars.

Absolutely the worst service ever ! The rudest individuals who must absolutely hate their jobs ! Roa and Vahide Kelmendi especially! Couldn’t care less for Clients and are just collecting a cheque ….. go to a different location !

Fix your online systems, misguiding people showing 15 minutes then saying 30 minutes and then taking 1 hour 30 minutes to do a blood test when there are only 10 peopleSitting ahead of you is beyond ridiculous. Get more people to run your labs. You get paid enough.

The staff is very unwelcoming and rude. Particularly in the front when they are checking people in. One of the staff was yelling at an elderly lady as she forgot a mask, and personally when I went to the front to sign in and send an electronic copy of my blood work requisition to them, they gave me an attitude because it took two minutes for their inbox to receive it when I had already sent it. It's already hard to have health issues that need to be looked into, and they lack empathy and patient care.

Was at this location this morning. The girl at the counter was very rude and offhandish. No CS skills whatsoever. I asked her name and she said JC ( or Jessie?). They need workers with some training, which is sorely lacking in this location. They are full of Ego and customers will sooner or later get fed up and go to other Medical Labs.
