Dining in at this restaurant is not suggested. Tables need to be cleaned more frequently, but even more disgusting are the tattered and overworn bench seats that look awful. It suggests that the franchise does not want you to stay and enjoy the food. Clearly, they have no pride in the condition of this restaurant.

The lady cashier had a great customer service. She knew how to keep her composure well even though some of the customers had the unnecesarily snotty attitude towards her. it happened today, just this afternoon. kudos, lady!

The tall girl with sparkle eye shadow amazing service, always warm smile, fast worker, always doing her best to help the customers, she make amazing manager someday, if all the staff were like her, your have # one store in London.

Dear ManagerPlease take care of your business.I bought an everything bagel at 3:44 pm on July 5th it was just $2.75 which I gave one toonie and 3 quarters coins. The guy at the drive through asked me to count my money 2nd time he is saying he don’t want to waste his time. I told him it’s already counted he insisted on getting it counted for the second time. He was extremely rude.

The new renovations look good, and the employees here are generally nice. The main problem is that this is one of the slower locations, perhaps owing to the limitations of the space. However, since the renovations were completed, I have not once seen an employee open a second cash register to accommodate an influx of customers, even when the lineup is out the door into the parking lot. Please consider opening up a second cash register to process customers, particularly when there is a large lineup.

I'm taking back my 5 star review as my lunch time coffee girl has been gone for 2 weeks now. She made my whole week every week for the last few years. I never had to wait. Now there is a line, the manager and ladies don't listen. I have to repeat my order to the lady who's jamming the buttons. Please bring back the shining star of my lunch hour. please. Or tell me where she's been moved cause I go there for coffee insteadThe manager is kind about my coconut cold brew.But you know what. I appreciate the service i had before more than what I'm getting now. It was better energy.

We took order from one Mr. Sajo. They way he talked showed good customer service. And when we dine in once. One Mr. Karthik was also serving so good. An other guy with hershey was so formal but overall had good experience here.

I am obsessed with London Fogs made with oat milk (and extra vanilla syrup). Shockingly, this order bests most Tim Horton's staff across the Province (I routinely travel between northern Ontario (North Bay) and London, Ontario). I went to this location this afternoon, my expectations lowered to a safe LOW due to my routine issues (forgetting the second tea bag, not using oat milk, not adding any or extra vanilla syrup, not frothing the milk, not filling the cup, adding espresso to the drink (?!), etc.), and I was literally presented with the PERFECT iteration of this beverage. Thank you to the staff who made it for me. It is delicious and flawless.To add to this fantastic experience, my partner orders a modified BLT which is also apparently a tricky order for most locations (I will spare you the details of how a BLT on a bagel can be messed up). The other staff person working the sandwich station was nothing short of a perfectionist. This BLT on a bagel could have been photographed for their advertisements - forget food stylists, hire this fellow!If I can guarantee these two for every order, then I would always make my way to this location. After today, it is definitely my London go-to. I just wish I caught their names so I could give a proper shout out.

Very polite and has garbage can in drive thru. I love being able to throw out my garbage from the drive-through line. Well, for some reason after I posted this review, they have remove the garbage can which makes this my less favourite drive-through line.
