Ace Hardware Breton

I've gone in several times expecting them not to have something because of the small space but they almost always have it.

Worst service ever. Had to have our snow blower fixed the first month we had it the whole plastic panel cracked and it wouldn't drive forward this happened in January... So we went in and asked to get it warrantied that same day. 4 months went by with no word and us constantly checking to see if the part was in or not. Finally got word that the piece was in in May, then they came and picked up the snowblower and and again we heard nothing till the end of August. They refused to drop it back off like they had promised so it was a fight to even get them to bring it back. The day after we got it back I went to test it and make sure that it was functional. Noticing that one lever is on backwards so it doesn't stay in place, also noticed a tag on it stating that the warranty is no longer valid. We paid close to $3000 for this machine and to have the warranty void because of brittle plastic on the control panel when we bought the thing does not seem right to me. We have had extremely poor customer service from Joy at this hardware store she is very rude and inappropriate in the way she approaches customers who have an issue or need help within the store.
