I am always impressed by this location which is why it's my favourite. Sarah is usually there when I come in and she is very welcoming, knowledgeable and great to talk with. It is always very clean, the decor is lovely and I always get in on time. I highly recommend!! :)

I recently visited this tanning business and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they really made me feel welcome. One thing that stood out to me was the high standard of cleanliness - they clean the tanning beds after each use and always provide fresh towels. The decor is lovely and the facility is always clean and fresh. The beds themselves are new and in top-notch condition, and the bulbs are changed on a regular schedule. I also have to mention that the spray tan booth is amazing, and the red light therapy bed is a game-changer! It has so many health benefits, and I've noticed a big improvement in my skin since using it. I'm so happy to have found such a great business and to support it. Highly recommend!

Britt is so awesome. She makes you feel so welcome when you walk through the door. The place is so clean and have friendly and knowledgeable staff that are willing to help. They took 20 minutes with me to help find the tanning lotion best for me.

I have been coming to this location for over a year now and have enjoyed all services from Fabutan. Credit to Brit who recently walked me through Red Light Therapy. From products to the many benefits of Red Light, her thoroughness and patience with all of my questions were greatly appreciated. She is a ray of sunshine every time I come in and truly values the relationships she builds with her clients. Highly recommend, and definitely ask for Brit!

I've been coming to this location for a while now, and it is always very enjoyable! Britt got me set up on my lifestyle pass and helped me choose a great lotion to get me ready for my sisters wedding. She is always happy to see me, very accommodating when it comes to changing appointments, and always hustles! Thanks ladies!

Awesome tanning spot. Very friendly, good packages to suit your needs and nice and clean. Easy to get times the online booking tool. Britt is the best, remembered me by name on the second visit. Will be tanning here for a long time to come.

Decided to start my tanning journey again after a few years in order to prepare for my wedding in July! I started my first two sessions at another salon but after coming here today, I remember why I always had made the extra trip to come to the Windermere location. The entire salon is clean, inviting, feels safer in a way too, and the staff has always been so accommodating and friendly! I dealt with Britt today and she was amazing with upgrading me to an even better lotion than I was originally sold a few days ago at the other location, she was super friendly and really helped walk me through the monthly membership option which I’ll definitely be taking advantage of. So glad to be back and definitely won’t be going to any other location other than this one! :)

No complaints whatsoever. Super clean place. Always get in on time or before. Very welcoming. I tend to run into Brittany most days and she is absolutely amazing to deal with. The other Staff are also fantastic and welcoming. Highly recommend!!
