Prompt and smooth service fixing my Air conditioning unit.

We shopped over 10 HVAC companies and Peter was the guy who was the most responsive and most helpful. He took the time to sit down with us on numerous occasions to explain the pros and cons of different furnace and AC units we were considering, sent us quotes for the prices in a timely manner, and had very competitive prices. Our basement ceiling is not exactly set up to have copper pipes threaded through as the builders left little to no room between the vents and the ceiling, however Peter and his team not only were able to get the job done, but did it SO well. Peter made sure to constantly keep us updated on what was happening so there were no surprises. Lucas and Ed also worked so hard to ensure the job was done well, and Lucas was so great at answering all the questions I had! I am so thrilled at how great the inside and outside of our house looks, and how nicely cool our home is now! Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

Peter and his worker Lucas came to install our Air Conditioning on a long weekend. Very professional and we would highly recommend using this company. Peter was awesome. There within the hour to measure and quote and had it installed faster and for less than quoted. He came in a solid $800 cheaper than anywhere else I tried for the exact same furnace. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

My daughter and grand daughter had to cope with their furnace quitting late in the evening. Lucas at Parkland Furnace answered the phone at 8:05 am the next day and was quick to understand the problem. He was at the house and had the furnace working again within the hour! Tech didn't properly repair the issue in fact its now worse then before. Tech also failed to reassemble the furnace properly afterwards and left protective covers off and sitting on the side of the unit. Very poor quality workmanship overall and now I have to pay someone else to fix the original issue and properly reassemble what this Tech took apartGot ahold of this company. They gave me attitude because they were upset that I was unhappy with the extremely poor quality of workmanship the provided. I found the problem myself and I am absolutely distrusted with what I found. Condensation drank was removed to clear a clog by the tech but was never reconnected also a cover for a electrical box Inside the furnace was not put back o and hardware os missing. When I demand they return and fully inspect the work do e and fix it properly asap before the water leaking damages the furnace as it's leaking on electrical components they hung up on me. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unexceptibal behavior

I was so appreciative of this company’s responsiveness. On a -30°C day, I came home during the lunch hour to find my furnace out. After calling numerous company’s, it was Parkland Heating & Air Conditioning that, despite having a full plate, made my call a priority and came to my home within an hour of the call. Peter was unable to resolve the issue, however made sure I was in contact with ATCO gas while he communicated the problem to them and ensured we got placed on priority in their service queue. Peter even followed up later in the evening to make sure ATCO had shown up and resolved our issue, which ended up being a gas meter replacement. It is such a rarity in this day and age to be treated with such great service. A big shout out to this company, and Peter personally! Thank you.

New hot water tank installed the day after I called to ask about it! I have used Parkland Heating before and found the service very professional, clean and generally top notch. I would recommend Peter and Lucas to anyone.

Worst experience. Price that was quoted to me became double because there were 2 people working on the installation (my own new furnace and hot water tank) and when I questioned it I was told I should have know that was the way it's charged even though this was my first time having a furnace installed. So why should I have known. This should have been explained to me on the first phone call requesting pricing and it wasn't. I kept track of the time they were at my house and was overcharged an hour. At $120.00 an hour. Nothing was refunded.New Chimney severely leaked and it took 2 phone calls to have them come and fix which still didn't fix it. Called again and never heard back. I had to hire another company to come and seal the chimney so when it rained I wasn't getting flooded.I see so many great reviews for this company that is why I chose them,unfortunately I guess I was the one that had to be taken advantage of.Will never ever recommend.
