I ordered the Artisan Sandwich Platter for A Special Birthday yesterday and I was really disappointed. I have ordered platters many times from the Ponytrail Longo's Location before and I was very pleased with the quality. Not sure if it was an off day for the person who put the platter together. It was very expensive for what I got. It did not look fresh. The ingredients, meat and cheese were sparse and the vegetables were wilted. I'm very disappointed that this has happened to me. Unfortunately, I am thinking to look elsewhere for Platters.Irene and Family

Selection of items is poor.Strange exchange policy. Had 3 items - 2 boxes of eggs and cream. Paid for items,gave Mt points card ( took about 3 minutes to find it in app) and was leaving the store when noticed 1 box of eggs was leaking. Returned immediately to same cashier and to be told that a receipt is required... a receipt which was not given to me and no where to be found in app. Considered making an omlettee with remainder of eggs eight there but was late for a different more memorable visit. A joke Longos. Your customer service is a joke,your products are a joke and your app is made by clowns.

Moved to the area recently. So disappointed in the quality of produce and the prices are super expensive. Have to consistently pick through all the items to find one good one. Had to ask for red onions and all the ones that were brought out were equally bad. I don’t like the deli has pre sliced cheeses. If I’m at the deli I want it sliced fresh. Fortinos is far better.

Huge fan of this Longos. Great selection, always clean, the people that work here are super nice, and I may be slightly bias based on the lottery ticket that gave me a good surprise... not a jackpot but more than a free ticket or $20...lol

Love this store. The staff are very friendly, many have worked there for decades. There's a feeling of a community there. Fresh produce, meat, fish. Great selection of cheeses. Love the community feel to this store

My favorite grocery store to shop at! I don't get to make it in often, but when I do I'm always happy. Large selection, great sales and not too costly if you know how to shop. Matt" in the produce department provides impeccable customer service

I recently moved into the area, and this Longo's is the closest grocery store to me now. It's a little pricier than value grocers like Basics or Walmart, but the quality is much better. The employees are usually helpful and polite. And it wasn't until even without asking, a man re-stocking produce offered up some advice on what we were considering getting - it was very helpful advice - which made me want to leave a great review. Food quality and staff friendliness have always been great here, but this guy was very helpful and made an impression. My only (very minor) complaint is the plastic grocery bags, while very good quality, are a little smaller than most grocery stores' bags. I reuse plastic bags, so it makes them a little bit less useful... but this is such a minor issue, it definitely doesn't reduce the rating I'd give.

Great products but know your prices- great staff especially Lourdes. The produce obviously is of a premium grade and certainly seafood is as well. Some items however are way more expensive than even metro
