I would give these guys 10 stars out of 5! Dan and Nick are a 1 -2 punch of product knowledge, insight and customer service. They always make sure that there's a bootle or Arcal 211 available for me if i'm in an 11th hour situation. And did I mention that the complimentary coffee is so good it would make Juan Valdez proud!

We have dealt with a number of GTA welding stores and its customer service reps. We rate both Nick and Dan VERY highly for their knowledge, experience, and professionalism. On a number of occasions, we have benefited from their efforts toward solutions for our needs both simple and complex. Time and time again they have come through on service and supply promises made and provided us with timely alerts over any unexpected deviations.I would like to add that there was an occasion where Dan helped us beyond his call of duty. One Friday we could not make it to the store in time to pick up a critical plasma part that was urgently needed the next day. Dan arranged to meet us at a mall with the part in his personal time that Saturday. Nicks procedure and product knowledge is unmatched by any other order desk sales person in the industry, his ability to translate terminology or lack of terminology into product numbers is uncanny. A competitor gave me Nicks names years ago and since then I have used Nick (Air Liquide) as my “go to” welding supply company for hard goods and gases. Nick has made my purchasing job much easier!
