Dean, T and the rest of the crew have been more than helpful every time I step into the shop. They have extensive knowledge on all the animals in their store and are more than willing to share their experiences. Dean with “CanadianBallz” is a great and trusted breeder with a crazy selection of snakes. Would definitely suggest coming in to take a look for yourselves. Very personable and friendly people. Very great staff who are extra friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The reptiles inside are very fun to look at, and the turtle is the coolest one. Great price for mealworms and crickets. Sometime they offer free cat/dog food samples which is really nice. Overall a really fun place to wander around in.

Great store for a variety of pet supplies and animals available. I personally purchase mostly reptile care supplies, but Southwest Pet carries items for reptiles/amphibians, salt/freshwater fish, dogs and cats, and products for both feathered and furred small critters. Friendly and helpful staff aswell

Southwest Pets is a well known local pet and supply store with a particular emphasis for fish and reptiles.The store is large and is broken out informally into sections for dogs/cats on the right, reptiles on the left and fish at the back. They have a lot of stock and hold good sales from time to time.I visit here mostly for the fish side of the business. The store has a good selection of equipment, supplies and decor. Their fish selection is average but they do stock some unique species/variants that you'll not find in the city. The prices for fish is a bit higher than average. Their betta wall is a newer addition and a standout.Parking is very good as it has its own building and thus assigned about 16 spots. It never is that busy, but there is always consistent visitation, which speaks of a strong, satisfied client base.

I went in to purchase crickets and worms for my daughters bearded dragon. I was quite impresses with the wide variety of products for exotic pets. It was a great experience.

Beautiful store, clean, bright, healthy animals and enclosures. Incredible selection of reptile and fish supplies, better than more specialty shops I've been in to. Driving through London and we were thrilled to find this gem.

I've gotten about 10-20 fish here and have only lost 1, which they replaced with no issue after doing a free liquid water test. Callum is very knowledgeable and good with fish, and although I'm not there for them, they take great care of reptiles. Even if you find their selections small, you can place orders with them to find what you specifically want. Amazing little store

Absolutely blown out of the water with the customer service here! I've called on several instances for advice; on aquarium maintenance to fish health, and was very impressed. Whether I'm coming into the store, or calling on the phone the staff here are helpful, cordial and an overall delight to deal with. If you have the option to come this way, don't go anywhere else!

Southwest Pet - London Pet Store
Awesome pet store. Have been going since a kid. They used to have a cup in a small tank where if you got a quarter in the cup you win a gold fish. Now they have the same game, but you win a beta. They have a very good selection of good quality fish as well as betas.
