Coffin Ridge Vineyard & Winery

October 2021: Beautiful, delicious and overall an incredible experience. Everything was perfect, building was clean and organized and the staff were very friendly. Prices were great too! Got a flight of 3 wines and a charcuterie board for just under $40 total.The only downside is that the firepits were not working so it was really cold (rainy/foggy day). Having more options to help keep the area warm would be the only thing I'd wish were available.Update Follow up visit April 2022: I returned with my mother and sister for an early mother's day trip. All 3 of us had a wonderful time! The flight of wines, the charcuterie plate and their Blanca pizza were- holy!! Everything was delicious! The staff were amazing and overall had a really wonderful time. Both of them said they'd like to come back again. Really a wonderful business that deserves recognition.The manager also seems to really care about her staff- which is SO important and it is noticed by your customers. Keep up all the hard work up!

Wonderful place with the platter and some beverages. Great service, prices in line with wineries. Really enjoyed our stay from out of town.. Beautiful location, could have sat here for hours. Thanks so much.

Spent a lovely afternoon here for lunch and wine. Pizza was fantastic and the wine was even better. Views were phenomenal. Definitely will be coming back.

Nice place...Terrible staff.We drove by last Sunday and decided to visit.We were greeted by a very rude older lady. The first words out of her mouth were “DO YOU HAVE A RESERVATION?” We said no. The place was empty (4 couples total...the place is huge) She then loudly sighed and said we can purchase wine and sit under the tented area only. All of the nice chairs and patio were off limits because we did not have a reso.During the hour and a half we were there one other couple showed up and were greeted in the same manner. Please have a look at the photos. The place was empty. Clearly they need better staff or perhaps send them on a customer service course. If the owners are in fact considered about “overcrowding” then put a sign up at the front that says reservation only.The grounds are very nice and the vino is decent. Hence why I gave 2 stars and not zero.

I was visiting from Vancouver Island and was brought here.The view is amazing, the charcuterie plate was tasty, with a great selection of local product..What tasty wine.. the server was also friendly and informative...I really enjoyed my experience and will recommend to others..

A wonderful discovery so far north of what is Ontario's traditional wine country. The wine is delicious, the food excellent and the setting beautiful! We had a lovely lunch sitting on Muskoka chairs overlooking the vineyard with the lake and escarpment in the distance. Coffin Ridge is well worth a visit and taste!

A hidden gem. Had driven by the sign out on Hwy 26 and glad we decided to finally visit. Wine, pizza and ambience were all spectacular. View of the vineyard and the bay beyond is awesome.

Highlight of the outing was the butter board. Lavender jam was great! We will be back.

Mmm mmm mmm!!! It was such a lovely spot to check out. We loved being able to sit in amongst the grape vines. Each table shaded WHICH was so comfortable in the afternoon heat. Staff was friendly & helpful. We all enjoyed their sparklings & ciders; lavender earl grey-SO GOOD! My husband & daughter LOVED the non-alcoholic apple Cider as well! Beautiful grounds with many options to sit, chat & take in the scenery. Definitely very easy to get too off the main highway in between Meaford & Owen Sound with lots of parking. There were outdoor bathrooms, as well as indoors. Tidy & well sanitized. Brought home some favourites to enjoy & gift to others!
