Amazing Customer Service!!I ordered 2 berets (red and black) online. The next morning I received an email saying their order of red berets hadn’t arrived yet but that they would ship out the black one right away and would inform me when the red ones arrived. I said no problem.In my email reply, I asked if they had any dark green berets available and if they had a picture so I could see the colour. It’s was a beautiful dark green colour! I asked if I could swap the green one for the red beret instead.They shipped out the black, red and for my patience and understanding, they included the green beret at no extra cost!Roberta’s hats went above and beyond! They took it upon themselves to make an already satisfied and happy customer to an amazed customer! Hats off to this business and their outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!!

The ladies that work there are lovely and so helpful with getting the right hat. Came in just looking and found several handsome hats I’ll be back to get soon. I did leave with a new Porkpie that I wouldn’t have expected loving so much.

Great little shop and the ladies were very polite and helpful. We loved the fact that the hats are locally made in Canada. We ended up not buying because the price was a little bit high but would definitely check back next time.

Great customer service and a large selection of high quality hats. This is not junky tourist stuff, it's good. I brought my hat back six months later to learn how to take care of it and they spiffed it up for free!
