crooks paid five times not knowing if the machine was working ...no receipt ever came out so kept paying crooks thats 55$ for 3 hours commm onnn man fix your machines

Angrignon’s parking entrance (243) is a disgrace, the asphalt is breaking apart all over the entrance. Patching asphalt over the years doesn’t help at all, it’s like driving on asphalt patches…it’s terrible. You need to redo the asphalt

Like many others here, I paid 3 times by card at their machine with no receipt or confirmation message, only a message saying I'm responsible if the machine is defective.. turns out I was charged each time. User interface is definitely in need of a HUGE update, embarassing to see this on a municipal level!

Ever since they introduced the new app, there have been major problems with it. The app somehow relaunches randomly without your knowledge and pays for the last parking spot a second time. This can happen a day, a week or more after your last authorized parking. So a $5 parking ends up costing you $10 or more. I complained and got a refund the first time. Subsequently, it happened two more times, but my complaints were ignored and no suggestion was made to fix the problem. I got fed up and removed the app from my phone.

I paid for a parking spot using the P$ServiceMobile app and they charged me two times on two separate occasions!!!

How are you guys charging 6.00 to my credit card I've never even been there and I don't drive. Unauthorized charge, reported to bank. Terrible. Seems you're doing it to other people too? don't steal money from people! People need to report this company for fraud.
