Absolutely unprofessional establishment. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL EXTENSIONS! I spent three hours to get less hair installed than what I came in with AND was charged full price. Then when I posted for suggestions for a new place and not to recommend them because of my experience the owner publicly attacked me, saying I was slandering them, threatening them and was rude. Please save yourself the sanity and cost and go somewhere else. This is not a professional salon!

I have been to the salon multiple times and I look forward to every visit! Kelli and Dawn are amazing girls and they have been so helpful with everything I ask them for. There is a smile on my face every time I walk out the doors, cannot recommend them enough!

Best experience I have ever had with getting hair extensions. Dawn did an amazing job and she took the time to explain how to properly care for them to make them last as long as possible. I can't say enough about what an awesome experience this was. Will definitely be back!

I went to Arkham's Edge for a much needed haircut. I had a wonderful experience. All the staff are very personable and the general atmosphere had a good vibe. They were very knowledgeable of products that will help my hair have more life and get it back to looking healthy and full. I will definitely be going back to receive other services they offer there as well.

Absolutely love the service I received here. The girls are friendly, the atmosphere is calming and they all really know their trade. So refreshing to be able to ask questions and not feel stupid. If you're looking for a cutting edge experience, look no further!
