Very poor service. Better not go there. They charge for tapes

Worst ups store. First of all, I paid 2.39$ just to print a shipping label then she told me you need to pay cash or e transfer. I cant not pay by credit card, seriously ? Then she agreed. But experience was very rude, will never visit the store. Now after dropping my Amazon package here, they were supposed to get delivered on Dec 29th but amazon have not received yet. Just because of them I have to wait for another 2-3 weeks to get my refund. Very fraustrsted.

Very helpful and efficient. Over the years, I've only had positive experiences at this store. Friendly and really prompt service.

Disaster customer service. The manager of the store should go back to school to learn how to respect the customers.I was there to pick up the parcel. I was getting late to show the ID card, and the manager ask his co-worker to take the parcel back as if I was about to run with the parcel. It's so funny and disrespectful.You guys are in Canada now. Learn and try to show some respect to the customer.

This place is HORRIBLE! I have never been met with such horrific customer service practices and pure laziness, I had asked the lady if my package had arrived there from the distribution centre as the 1-800 # didn’t give me any instructions as to how I would know, she refused to go look or give any more information, just pure laziness, it’s pathetic. Avoid this place at any means nessecary

I needed to send a package to the USA and both people working were very patient and kind. They walked me through what needed to be filled out and offered to replace the box I had brought in. I had a good experience here and would go back again to ship with UPS.

Went well; courier a parcel overseas.

I came in with the shipping label affixed to the package I am sending with a small piece of tape because I did not know how it's supposed to be affixed. I was asked if I had tape so I can fix it securely, which obviously I do not keep on my person at all times like most normal people, and was told I would either have to leave, tape it at home, and come back, or buy an entire roll of tape from the store. Imagine being so cheap and profit-obsessed that a shipping company will not tape your shipping label for you. What are the shipping fees paying for? Obviously not for customer service. The people running this store only want to do the bare minimum. I will definitely make sure UPS is last on my list of shipping options next time.
