I had an incredible experience getting a half sleeve tattoo done by Francis at Playhouse. His attention to detail is exceptional. If you’re looking for someone dedicated to your vision, Francis is the artist for you.The entire experience at Playhouse was positive. All of the Staff and Clients I encountered over two days were extremely friendly and welcoming. As well as being passionate towards clients comfortable with being tattooed, they were especially attentive and supportive to those who were getting their first tattoo.Highly recommended Playhouse!

I booked my first tattoo with Francis and he was absolutely fantastic. The place was spotlessly clean, and Francis made sure to disinfect everything before starting. Got some realism work done and it turned out so much better than I ever thought it would. Francis walked me through the design, we changed it to my liking, and he told me to move the stencil a million times until it’s exactly where I wanted it, no rush at all! Francis was very quick to finish my tattoo, gave me the proper care instructions, and was extremely kind and attentive the entire time. For anyone looking to get their first or next tattoo, I highly recommend playhouse and Francis!

I LOVE ASHLEY AND PLAYHOUSE. I've gotten many tattoos around the GTA and this place is by far the best. Immediately the energy was so welcoming and fun. My sister and I went to Ashley and she was INCREDIBLE. On top of her amazing talent, she is so kind and sweet! Her line work and skills made this tattoo my favourite! She is the best! Go to her!

Ashley is the best, seriously. She has done multiple tattoos for me, and I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family when considering an artist. Excellent fine line + script work, and an ever expanding portfolio of new styles and techniques. Shoutout to the whole Playhouse team!

Got this Underwater lighthouse piece done by Francis. The experience couldn't have been better I really can't think of a single negative whatsoever. Everyone in the shop was cool and friendly, all the work going on looked amazing, and Francis was great to work with. He made sure everything was perfect to exactly how we were both excited about and then put the best piece of art I could've hoped for on my arm. Thank you Francis and the studio, I'm sure I'll be back soon enough!

I recently had a tattoo done at Playhouse by Francis. Francis was amazing. When I initially connected with him about a memorial tattoo, he listened to what I wanted, scheduled time for me to come in and we designed the piece together. He was knowledgeable about the placement as well as how certain things would look when on the skin. Francis is very passionate about his work, he shared in my excitement and that felt really good considering this was my 1st big piece. He provided clear details on how to prepare for the tattoo and on the day of, he took time and care in creating the most beautiful tattoo. The general feeling of the shop is comfortable and it was nice to see how much the artists support each other in their work. I would highly recommend Francis, he’s the absolute best!

My boyfriend and I got tattoos done by Francis and absolutely loved them! We got similar matching tattoos of scenery/realism and he did such an incredible job with both. We gave him our vision of what we wanted and he helped perfect it. It's so much better than we even imagined and are so so happy with them. The entire staff and atmosphere there is so chill and funny which makes your experience that much better. They are all extremely talented, would strongly recommend to anyone!

Finally got my first tattoo and the experience was great! My artist Ashley did more than an amazing job with my tattoo and making sure I felt comfortable and content. She took her time and dedication even though it was a smaller piece and I loved that it wasn’t rushed. Artist Francis kept me entertained as well with his great humour. Definitely will be back to be tattooed in this fun and friendly place.

It was my first time getting tattoos and Playhouse Tattoos came up as a recommendation for one of the best places in Mississauga. I definitely agree with this title. My tattoo artist was Ashley, and she was amazing to work with. From the process of design to needlework, couldn't have been smoother and she was so patient when deciding placement and design. Ashley takes great care of her clients and makes them feel comfortable and confident with their tattoo choices. If you want your tattoo done, I highly recommend to get it done at Playhouse! Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere and everything amazing about this place.
