The gentleman had great customer service and product knowledge. Which made buying so much easier as I wasn't exactly sure what was best kit to get for my vlogs. I had trouble setting up my kit, i reached out to him and he walked me thought it effortlessly. I will definitely go back and pick up more items.

Terrible experience with this business, had an appointment booked for 12PM on June 12th - he had messed up the booking and did not take accountability for it. We rescheduled for 3PM the same day, i was on the way and let him know i might be a little late, he told me not to come as he had another appointment downtown (knowing well we had this appointment) and failed to compromise on a new time/day. He than called me and said i was being malicious since i said i would leave a bad review! AVOID!!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

This place is fantastic. I needed to set up a photo studio, on a budget, for taking product shots for listings on my Etsy online store. Did lots if research and found them online.Service at the store was knowledgeable and friendly. I got a total studio lighting solution with large backdrop for $200. The quality of the setup is good for everyday and serious photography. The size of the 3 light boxes also allows me to shoot larger items as well as being able to do portraits. Attached is a quick test photo I took.I do recommend this shop.

I have used Photo Video Spot for years to purchase equipment as well as photoshoots. Noel is very professional, timely and efficient. His prices are very reasonable compared to others I've used in the past and I love that he provides you with all off the photos from your shoot plus edited copies too. No other photographer has ever done that. Plus I'm always happy with my results. I would highly recommend.

I was happy with my experience, which is why I give him a 5-star. Make sure to bring someone with you as they can help provide feedback on how you are posing! I am waiting on my photos to come, but I am sure they will be all right. I am not the prettiest girl, so he can’t work miracles lol!
