Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any quarry in the Ottawa area. Rude staff in ticket booth, Reckless loaders, overall a sad excuse for a aggregate supplier. I would highly recommend using Tomlinson or Lafarge over Karson quarry’s.

If zero stars was an option that would’ve been my first choice. I was there two days in a row and each experience was awful. The loader operator was extremely rude and aggressively driving, almost hitting my trailer. Carelessly overloading with double the amount I asked for and then I was told I’d have to pay to get rid of the amount I didn’t need. Customer service is non existent and I will never give my business to Karson again. I would not recommend in a million years. Avoid this quarry at all cost.
