We have been going to this restaurant for years. Today was the worst service we've ever had.. An item was missed off of our order. After spending a $100 when calling back to tell them that the item was missed, and asking for a call from the manager, the only response we be got back was from the very rude girl on the phone. The reason we wanted a call was because of her attitude and the terrible service. I certainly didnt want a call back from her. It nice to know the manager didn't care enough to call. Sad as this used to be a really great place for Chinese food. We certainly will not be back

Menu said one price was charged another When questioned was told the price is went up and They haven't changed the menu asked why I wasn't told at the time of ordering, no responseALSO CHARGED A DOLLAR for brocolli. Since when since the covid start did brocolli cost more than any other veg out there. Very disappointing won't go there again

Ive been coming here for over 10 yrs. Not sure what's going on lately but the quality of the food has really declined. Dry ribs and chicken wings now have a terrible tasteless breading. Much like only being dipped in flour. My order of deep fried shrimp were disgusting..... not one shrimp was cleaned properly or deveined! Very disappointed!

Whatever you do, don't order late at night. Food will be old and rock hard. I had gotten over $60 worth of food here about an hour before closing, and the food was terrible! I felt completely robbed. It's obvious the stuff was just sitting there all day. Never again. Avoid this place. Come in when they open.

Add prices to menu for pickup. If 8 don't see price I am not ordering. And skip the dishes suck. They are to expensive. I could order pickup and be home before they get set for anything. ADD PRICES.

Food wasnt very good, over priced for quality. They said it a family value meal and charge 66 dollars and price is different from on the menu. Everything had been sprouts in it. They charged 2 dollars for beef and pea pod I got beef some pea pods and bean sprouts. There hot and sour soup was only Bamboo shoots with stale minced pork and flavorless broth. Pretty bad spent over 80 dollars. I will never go back nor recommend eating here. This place does not deserve your buisness.

Decent food with a decent price. Used to get fairly frequently but found some items like the chow mein too oily. Then one time the Sweet & Sour pork was very fatty and grisly. Combine that with a raise in prices at the till because broccoli prices had gone up recently at the grocery store and it was offputting when 1 order we were asked to pay more for broccoli during pickup and 2 dishes were not very good. We actually haven't been back since then.

This take out Chinese Food is great. The ingredients always fresh, and piping hot when packaged for take out. The staff is always friendly and polite. Bonus to us, the young fellow brought our order out to the car when it was ready.

I mistakenly ordered from a different restaurant thinking it was Wok N Go. After waiting for a while past the estimated time, I stormed in and got mad at the staff for taking so long. The staff asked to see my order confirmation and told me I was at the wrong place. They were so nice and understanding, I tried to cancel my order with the other place just so I could order from Wok N Go. And I'm glad I did! Cheaper and MUCH better tasting. Wok N Go has a regular customer in my family now. Thank you for being so understanding and patient to a grump like me!
