Went here after checking into our hotel around the corner for lunch. The burgers were deliciously fried and the patty was very tender and flavorful. Tater tots, fries and onion rings were nicely fried. Kids enjoyed their lunch as did their adults! Would recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Meltwich Tuesday afternoon. The food was absolutely delicious and the employee who was working really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Despite the large order, he managed to create each sandwich with care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Meltwich to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.

The last few times I ate here I was super disappointed but after today, I'm never going there again. Everything is always super greasy and nasty but today I ordered 2 of the big melts (which I have had in the past and were awesome) supposed to be grilled cheese sandwiches as burger buns. This is what I get... literally just bread instead of a bun and it's so soggy I can't even eat it. Waste of $50 just like the last 2 times I ordered from here. :(

Came to Hamilton for a concert & decided to get food after & so glad we decided to take a walk - we found this place! Absolutely sweet staff - so welcoming! They are willing to help you figure out what you’d like best & it’s amazing food!! We got a vegan southern fried chicken melt & a vegan mushroom madness poutine & they were amazing! Definitely going to be coming back!

Ordered Southernfried Grilled cheese and it was superdelicious crispy grilled bread. 10/10 on the grilled cheese. I think Meltwich has the best grilled cheese sandwich one can get in Canada

I love this place! Delicious, indulgent dinner/late night snack fare with all sorts of unique sandwiches and burgers.They have more dishes made with Mac+cheese than I ever knew could exist!I've tried quite a few things on their menu and never disappointed. Staff are nice and good at recommending something if you're not sure what to try.A bit expensive, but always good quality and freshly made, so I'm not complaining.Bonus points for their until 1am hours most nights---a favorite place to visit for sure.

I wish it would let me post the picture I took, be EXTREMELY careful with this restaurant this is the second time I’ve ordered from them and the SECOND time in a row that I have found a piece of broken plastic in my Philly steak. Like the type of plastic that is a container plastic from a reusable container or to be more specific what you would get Chinese red sauce in that thinner white plastic. Brutal, you have lost my business for good. I gave it a second shot and just as bad, don’t waste your money.The is the only review I think I’ve made for any restaurant but it needed to be said, this is incredibly dangerous.

Late review:Meltwich does simple best. Grilled cheese with some toppings hit the spot well for my craves. Tried one of their Specialty Grilled Cheese (forgot which one) and it was decent -- I much prefer adding in my own toppings/sauces to the Classic Cheddar Melt. There's a ton of ways to switch up the Classic Cheddar Melt with their variety of bread options, sauce, protein and toppings.In store is kind of tiny but due to the circumstances of COVID, there wasn't many people anyways. Their menu were all digital via their signage boards and they also have weekly specials which might be an interest.I've also tried their Philly Cheese Steak, which I thought would be more of a sub but it came out looking more like a burger instead. Super yummy but for the price and the sizing, it did not fill me up... so I didn't get that again and just stuck to their Classic Grilled Cheeses from then on.

Ordered from this place numerous times. Everything I've ever ordered has been delicious!! The steak and cheese and the bacon avocado are amazing. This place is also reasonably priced!

I very much enjoyed the classic grilled cheese which somewhat surprisingly had quite a bit of cheese. The pouting was freshly made so it was hot and the fries were perfectly cooked. The gravy was very tasty but thid could have used more cheese. The chocolate milkshake was thick and was hand blended with whipped cream on top. The service was great as the staff were friendly and very helpful Over all it was a delicious meal. I did find it a tad expensive as it cost almost $20 for the one meal but if the milkshake and poutine had been a soft drink and small fries, the price would have been less. I left feeling satisfied so compared to other places like McDs where you can spend $15 and still be hungry, it was good value for the money.
