Money grabbing office. They charge $50.00 on top of service to provide report in 2 days, otherwise their ETA is 20 business days !!

I went for a scan today and the experience was very pleasant. Melissa and Sayara were very helpful and explained everything in detail. I’m in the dental field and Melissa and I had a nice chat and she taught me a few things about implants. I was in before my appointment time and out in 15 minutes. It was great!Thanks for your expertise!

Reports now take 11 weeks, this is not realistic. Again, you can have it sooner if you pay more. Why can't they hire someone qualified to work virtually and write these reports in a timely fashion? This makes no sense.The total fee was $226.00 for my x-rays but the insurance form they gave me only stated $90.40.The preauthorization was for $226.00. Where is the insurance documentation for the rest of what I paid? Explain the difference please.Very unprofessionally handled. Not well explained.

Good expedient service. Melissa explained paperwork and procedure in detail. A comfortable experience. Just one thing, the credit card reader is small and flimsy.
