In late May of 2022 I put down a deposit in the hopes of receiving a Honda Trail 125. At that time, the bike was not released and there was only some hope that we would actually see it go into production. As of a few months ago, the bike was released and Jack Carter North was quick to get me an allocation!Couldn’t be happier with my experience, from the communication throughout the process, to the delivery itself, absolutely phenomenal.Special thanks for our sales advisor, Patrick, who made the entire experience easy and very joyful. Great sense of humour, and an awesome person to work with.Furthermore, Mark in the business office was extremely professional and did an excellent job of walking us through the BOS, warranty, registration, and exactly what to do next after taking receipt of the bike.I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again with JC and will be returning soon for our first service!Thanks again!

***DO NOT order ONLINE from the JC-Power sports ebay store***I ordered a 2 year olds helmet, size YS, from them for my son. Upon delivery we tried on the helmet to find it was too small. I reached out to the seller about returning the item in exchange for the next larger size but was promptly told that helmets are final sale when online due to health/safety" issues. Before anyone claims safety

Had the best experience with my moped purchase with them. So friendly and helpful. Luis was very nice from the first day until picking up the moped. Had done all from his end when I was there to pick. Mark also did a good job with the financial side. Did me a favor too. I would highly recommend Jack Carter North for anybody.

While sales dropped the ball on missing part of my order, Jade was great helping me pick out some riding gear. She even helped me strap the bike in. So, good service, if you talk to the right people.

Excellent service very friendly staff. I bought new communication systems for helmet. Mark installed went over operations with me. Very thorough. Very happy. Also asked about batteries and oil got excellent information from staff. Always friendly and walk to the front door. Would highly recommend jack cutters north to all Motorcycle enthusiasts

I’m writing this review after I had the most terrible experience with this dealership. They do not know what they are doing with Yamaha products.The first time I went to this dealership was to do my first 1000km service. The service advisor there argued with me for 30 mins saying that I need to do valve adjustment service. After we pulled the manual, it was shown that it doesn’t require till much later. This should have been a huge red flag.When they returned the bike, they didn’t fill the oil to full level and I continued to get low oil light. The service advisor refused to add anymore oil and I had to get it filled at another independent dealer.After a few weeks my coolant leaked all over my bike. I took it to this dealer as they were the ones who did my service last, and they claimed that there is absolutely no leaks. Then they accused me of lying about it saying the bike is “too clean” and there is no evidence of leaks anywhere. As you can see the pictures, there was coolant leaking all over under the fairings.When I finally got the hold of the manager Darryl, he spoke to me like I’m in the wrong for asking the manager and that his employees are top notch. He’s accusing me of being aggressive after being lied to about no issues with the bike and then claimed I’m the one who is rude. He also claims after that did you show them them the pictures, I hope you can finally see the leak which your techs couldn’t see. Absolutely 0 customer service at this dealership.Disappointed, I took the fairings apart to see if there is indeed any leaks, as you can see in the pictures the bikes coolant is constantly leaking meaning the dealer never actually looked into the issue but rather wanted to charge me for coolant leak check.Stay away from this dealer if you want any service done.In other note: The sales team and Mike (parts manager) are amazing. Only if they had a good service team who would take responsibility and do their due diligence there could be some hope.

Pretty impressed I must say. As my pic shows I'm a Harley guy. But my buddy needed a tire for his Honda Shadow Ace. They had what he needed in stock and gave a smokin price match deal. They got him in this morning and swapped him out. Great service and the price for the tire change was awesome. Almost no downtime on the bike. Beauty job guys

I've been coming here for years and the customer service has always been awesome.Recently I started rebuilding a couple older dirt bikes and quads that Ive aquired over the years. So I've been coming in every other day to order more and more parts. Everybody is so friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile at the door. I've tried ordering online before and it's not the same experience, I wouldn't have been able to do it without the instore help. Everybody at the parts counter are very knowledgeable in how to find the right parts that I'm looking for even if they don't make it anymore stock, it saves me time. In particular I'd like to give a shout out to Mike for the enthusiasm into the restoration of these projects and also the helpful research looking into issues I was coming up with. It kept away the continuous dread of having to buy new parts.

I would like to give Mike a shoutout for his excellent service while I was in search of a rear tire for my Honda shadow. I usually purchase my tires online but after the experience I had at Jack carter I would definitely use their service again. He gave me the best price in town out of all the places I called and even matched the best price found online.
