I freaking love this place. I love my perfect for me lashes. I love the conversations. The red light tanning was amazing. I miss the sun so this is a little piece of paradise for me.

Today I went in to get my lashes filled.My regular lady was not in so I tried someone else.Once laying down there was no communication.I was not asked how I liked my lashes, what style I prefer, nothing.She worked away and I figured hey, my lashes aren’t that sparse maybe she can see what I like.After the appt was over a couple lashes were stuck to the eye patch and I felt her just pull it off anyways.She grabbed me a mirror and I was horrified, they were not what I’ve been getting, one eye was thicker then the other they were not “volume lashes” at all. I paid my $110 and left. I went to my car and cried. I was horrified.Partially my fault I never said anything but I feel the person providing the service should ask questions especially if never having a new client.

Staff were friendly and moderately professional. I got a lash fill after 4 weeks, I had to cancel my appointment with my usual lash lady. I knew my lashes had been left longer than they should so I called and made it clear how long it had been since my previous fill. They explained that they would pass that information along and that the price may increase, which I understood. I was surprised by how fast the appoint went but was disappointed with the results from the first look at my lashes it did not seem that all of them had extensions. Within the first week the lashes looked very sparse. I have had lash extensions and fills several times and it seemed like this time there were far fewer lashes than with previous lash technicians.

The 1 star is only because I have not had my lashes done here yet. I have an appointment week, and I do rate ALL companies I do business with, so I hope this turns out well. It will be my first professional lash extension experience!Ok, so I've gone 3 times now. I must say, its quite comfortable and the staff has been very helpful in adjusting to my lash extension needs. I have settled on Classic. Thank you for introducing me to a new fashion trend!

Great experience! Went today at 6:15pm and the girl at the front who’s always super nice was quick to deal with a bed that wasn’t working for me, so I could get in and out and get to my second job on time! Thank you!

Very helpful and friendly staff here. The beds are not what I’m used to but it does the job for a nice tan. Clean studio and decent prices

I see Jamie for my eyelash extensions! Everytime i go in she is personable and attentive to detail with what you want and how you want to look. She is professional and i will continue to go back to her every 3 weeks :)highly recommend!

I have been getting my lashes done at hush for the past year, and I love them every time. They are very good quality and last very long. The staff is super friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been to hush lashes before in New Westminster and had wonderful results BUT I had an appointment in Kelowna for a fill that the lash tech forgot about and when they rescheduled my lashes they lasted only 3 days.. I have emailed twice, called head office four times and tweeted at the company with NO response. Wonderful staff F******** terrible company. Don't waste your money when there are so many talented lash techs with home businesses out there!!!!!

My girl gets her lashes done my Jamie and comes out of fabutan looking like a celebrity!
