Looks like it's usually a nice park but it's currently under construction so there's bags of garage stacked up beside the beach and the ratio of goose poop to grass is about 50/50.

Beautiful park. 2 beach areas. Large boat moorage. Green lawns. Play park for kids. Large gazebo with picnic tables. Amazing views. Downside..no dogs allowed so goose poo everywhere and a bit of a walk from parking lot

Traders Cove Regional Park
Great little spot for a quiet retreat. The cove provides tranquil, pristine waters. I think the short hike and the fact that it's just past Bear Creek and Raymer Bay Provincial parks, makes this a lesser visited park, which makes it all the more charming.When we went, the signage wasn't very clear, which meant that we drove past the turn off. We ended up going down Traders Cove Road to access it, but the main turn off is a few hundred meters beyond this road.When we went, there were lot's of goose prints in the sand, but not much goose poop at all. Very pleasant.

Bear Creek camping is under a major Reno...they are expending ....they are doing a great jon, it will be the place to camp for Big campers or wenabago !!

Disappointed that the beautiful wooden gazebo/picnic place was removed and a crummy looking tin roof was erected. Some park management has no idea

Would have given 5 but the trek down to the water was gruelling with all our gear coming back up was rough! Very nice area though and the beaches were great.

Too difficult to walk down and would definitely be even worse walking back up. Too bad that we can't drive our vehicle down to the bottom to unpack food for a reception. We have people who are unable to walk that far. So it's a no.

Beautiful secluded cove on okanagan lake. Steep trail to walk down from the parking lot. Likely not great for swimming as there are many Canada Geese.

Traders Cove Regional Park
Mountain sheep frequent here. Lots of places to sit and look out over the lake. There's a nice little beach area too.Unfortunately, no dogs allowed.There's a short hike in, about 5-10 minutes (5 if you get one of the few spots in the lower lot, 10 if you don't), but it's all downhill going in and uphill coming back.There are outhouses here too.
