It was a positive experience for me. Kind. Professional, direction was given as requested and there was a true Professional but compassionate service. I have no issue recommending this place.

My experience with both lawyer and “secretary” have been terrible. Please take this review as a warning. My mother was admitted into hospice under PAIN MANAGEMENT and DUNGATE refused to TALK To myself or my mother (clients for over 40 years) because they do not value human lives once they are in hospice. Ignoring completely that these “values” they have did not apply my mother and myself were left without the support and familiarity of having a FAMILY lawyer. The woman who answers the phone - I had to ask her several times to consider her humanity as she has absolutely zero compassion or empathy and without knowing her personally I’d love to use even stronger words to describe her. I hope this business suffers and I have zero goodwill towards them.

Receptionist is quite rude. Tried booking an apt as an existing client was was just told no. (Dealing with a death in the family). Office isn't open and took about 15 tries to get through on the phone. If you can, go somewhere els don't waste your time here. I'll be taking my family's buisness elsewhere going forward.
