We have 3 phone with Koodo one keeps getting extra charged titled 10000mb events for $14.99 I have tried numerous timrs to speak with customer service to no eveil. I am now going to close my account and find a more customer service

Bought their easy roam for visit to Ohio from Ontario. Service did not work at all. Complained and was.offered $ 5 off 50 charged. Told this company to keep their five dollars and l will cancel my three phones I pay for at Koodo

They do NOT have any customer service number. Only a robot. Really shady billing practices and hidden cancellation fees. However, note that they will reverse the cancellation fee and reinstate your account if you request soon

Very good reception, even in rural areas. Their website is terrible and crashes often. Tried purchasing a phone and it crashed twice. Still haven’t bought a new phone. Phone and plan pricing changes - sometimes daily - with little reason. Their phone selection is also terrible. Recommend finding a good plan, never changing it, and buying a phone elsewhere.

Horrible mobile service provider. They are scamming the public.They begin charging a customer immediately upon an agreement (phone solicitation) with a new perspective as soon as you say yes you are willing to switch to Koodo even though Koodo hasn't begun to provide cellular service to the customer. It took 10 days to receive a sim card and they charge you (their standard policy) for those 10 days or however long it takes to get their sim card.They have a reverse default on roaming charges unlike all other cell providers. When you sign up to Koodo you must go and tell them you don't want easy roaming as an add-on. I had my phone selected to no roaming and left the country only to return to a massive roaming charge even though my data was selected to No Roaming on my phone. Apparently if your phone gets a sms or call while on another foreign network and you have not deselected easy roam with Koodo they will charge you the daily roaming fee. All other companies including their parent Telus you must go and select yes to Easy roaming.This company is a huge scam for offering low monthly charges and then screwing it's customers with additional charges any way they can. Just read complaints with the BBB in Canada on them.Stay away, pay more if you have to!

I purchased an iPhone through Koodo online paying the entire cost of the phone outright. I then received an email to say up to 10 weeks delivery. Cancelled the phone order the next day and picked up a phone at Best Buy. A month later and many attempted communications and promises of a refund coming soon"

I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPAMY. STAY AWAY! Terrible and unethical customer service. They make the simplest requests impossible. Self serve was once ok but now it's just a way to ignore you. There is no longer anyone that cares enough or competent enough to help you. They are the best at saying nothing we can do. STAY AWAY!

Horrible customer service. Unable to reach a customer service representative . The only option provided is Koodo Assist they is NOT helpful. I had 3rd party charges on my bill?? Why? Customer should be able to speak to someone and have it resolved. Not go around in circles with no resolution. I get an email from the 3rd party company and provides not contact number either. Not only can I NOT call to speak with a Koodo agent, but I also have not contact number to reach this 3rd party company that charges my cell phone bill. How is this acceptable? It's not!And for the callback feature, I am to wait over 24 hours to get a call back? I sent it Thursday and can expect a call on Sunday at 8pm( you provided no other option to select a time or day)I feel extremely disappointed.If you value customer and respect them, a consideration for changes should be a top priority.

I left the country 7 months ago. I cancelled my account on line. I have not used the service. They keep billing me but their automated system will not allow communication with an out of country phone number. I cannot call because they do not have a number. A phone company without a phone? It will be sent to collections and there is nothing I can do....... I would use them again when I return to the country but they probably won't want me. I certainly will not be paying for the service I cancelled and have not been using for the last seven months. IT gone awry as usual. Can never cover it all with automation. Maybe collections will have a phone. Anyway apart from this my experience with them was fine but had to lower my star rating on this one issue.

Koodo has become a scammer helper. Stream gym is a scam. My mom barely uses her phone and they are trying to say she entered her phone number and then a code to join whatever this Stream Gym is when this never happened.Koodo Team has been completely useless and incompetent. All they can say is that you subscribed to it and there is nothing we can do about it. What? You are giving me a bill with an amount of money that I have to pay to you for something I did not authorize and you have nothing to do about it? Wow.Spoke to their Loyalty and Retention Team" Ovidiu CRISAN who kept telling me to calm down when he kept repeating "you subscribed" "it's your charge" "you got the texts" ignoring the fact that I was telling him "we did not subscribed" "It's not our charged" and "we did not get one text" so he passive agressively tells me it's my fault because I subscribed and to "calm down" of course because I'm yelling
