I don’t know how this got 5 star review, I made the appointment but NOBODY show up! No call as well! No direct number to reach them! I had went my rental house one hour away where I live and waited them, no one came and no one call me! Big waste of time!!!

Alex came to my house and problem-solved a plugged drain inside the house and cleaned out the drainage tiles outside the house which were very clogged. Alex discussed both situations with me and then problem solved the best way to proceed, including renting a special camera for the older, smaller than usual, interior pipes. I was very impressed with Alex's willingness to discuss the work with me and keep me informed of every step, and how carefully he completed the job, leaving the garden in great shape. I would definitely hire Alex again.

Our strata had water pooling on our Property so we called Vancouver drainage and they had someone professional and kind and gave us a camera inspection and we found out we have debris clogging our drainage so we got them to provide a hydro flushing service and it fixed our water pooling issues. I am very happy with the way I was treated through out the process.
