Worst Canada Computer experience I ever had. Manager is super lazy. Took 1 hour of my time to not resolve anything, told him to cancel, and went at the Laval store instead : issue and RMA resolved in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend going to Laval or Marché Central instead to avoid this store.

This ice storm brought out the good and bad in people. I would like to publicly thank the team at Canada Computers, especially Alex, for going over and above what is regular customer service during a very difficult time. I remember struggling to find a place to charge my devices. I wandered into Canada Computers to ask if they had a solution. Alex said that he had come in because of the ice storm to offer assistance and he would be willing to charge all of my devices. I was surprised because just down the road the administrator was going to shut off all of the electrical outlets to discourage people from using them. Alex said In times like these it helps show just a little bit of kind"Because of his gesture of kindness

Arrive at the store 25 minutes before closing. Employee is helping me pick out a monitor. Other employee comes over at 5 minutes to close and tells me he closed the cash I can't pay and I need to leave. No warning to usI guess I'll spend my hundreds of dollars somewhere else.Horrible experience

Ok so far, few very nice and helpful employees in store, but at this point I give up supporting this local business. Contacted support and received an automated reply asking for the same info... In the store the employee said he can't help, already spent close to two hours online and driving to the store to find a solution, Amazon would have resolved this within 10 mins of contacting them.I wish you the best! You've been a fun store! :)

Matthew was a helpful salesman. The tech guy also helped to figure out a problem with the wifi driver. Still computers that are being sold new shouldn't need to be updated to work by the client the moment they get it. Anyways, they have competitive prices comparable to Amazon and Best Buy. I recommend them.
