Excellent service and great dealership. I was looking online for a Q5 and many dealerships did not even call me back even sent auto generated texts that were non responsive. When I reached Cyrus at Audi Mississauga - he answered the phone! He was kind, responsive and patient with me. He sent live pictures of cars via text to accommodate my busy schedule and made my overall purchase experience amazing. His follow up is impeccable and he is very attentive and since my purchase has followed up many times. I am really impressed with this level of service, I highly recommend Cyrus and Audi Mississauga.

I'd been in market for a car for sometime. Mr. Cyrus was the guy to be, he helped us in getting the perfect car that ticked all the boxes.The A4 has low kilometers with great packages attached. Also, Cyrus builds a connection with the customer with genuine, and service-oriented attitude.The dealership's great people make you feel at ease. The only caveat is with a laid back service department, but the car delivery was detailed and in top-notch condition.

I needed to get a safety recall done and my new car keys programmed, and after I dropped the car off, everything was taken care of for me before the end of the day and Audi Mississauga was courteous enough to provide me with a courtesy shuttle to and from my location. Matthew Lewis, their Service Manager, was particularly in answering all of my questions and concerns, and providing white glove service that I would expect from Audi. Was a pleasure coming here and would highly recommend this location to other Audi owners within the area!
