Dollar Tree

My daughter stood in line behind a customer with alot of items, but, she was patient, and when she got to the counter, she wanted a balloon for his son's birthday, that's all she wanted and the cashier said she was going on break and refused to sell her one.My daughter doesn't have much money and that was all she wanted for him.I feel that was poor customer service.

It's my daughter's birthday tomorrow and I wanted some helium balloons. The one balloon that I wanted they didn't have in stock. And they also didn't do any latex balloons as well. I asked them if it was alright if I could bring in my own balloons and I would pay to have them to blown them up. They then in turn told me that they don't do that or they can't do that. I get when there are rules and the reason why. This was simply just customer service and it should not have a rule against customer service. Especially when I'm willing to pay and I'm not asking anything for free. It is a business and I know businesses like to make money. This is how a business keeps operating. Im not going to say its the fault of the people working there if it is a rule. But dollar tree shouldn't have a such a rule. Rule number one should always be customer service. The staff there were alright.

Management needs there heads read. Items may be cheap but customer service stinks. Get some proper Management and clean up your store.

Love shopping here. Affordable prices and good quality items. Store is well lit and clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. Very seldom are there lineups at the cashier.

Only thing said...pictures of inside are not the store, plus some is USA photography.Store is good and fast product turn over so get it while you can.

The Dollar Tree definitely has deals for consumers. The store is kept very clean and they are following covid-19 guidelines. There is a diversity of products you can get there. The staff is courteous and friendly and efficient.

The one location that I found sells egg cartons, I can always guarantee they will have them. With the long weekend I didn’t even clue in it was Sunday, I drove the hour to go spend my $100 on egg cartons to restock, got there 5 minutes to close(my bad I thought they were open until 9 I didnt even know it was Sunday) and had the worker shut the door in my face *Um ma’am we’re closed* locked the door infront of me as people were still coming out. I get closing time is closing time but after an hour drive just for this purpose I drove back home, not wanting to make the drive for egg cartons again. It honestly would have been a 2 minute transaction I just needed one thing. I really think the staff need to be better trained on customer service, reading through the reviews doesn’t shock me.Disappointed and calling around elsewhere to see where I can find these egg cartons instead of dealing with this again. It was an honest time mistake on my part but the door was still open when I went to walk in, it wasn’t yet 6 & I drove 2 hours all in, for nothing.

I came into this store for my little cousins birthday and went to find some wrapping paper and bows, it looks 10x better than what it did the week before. The plates, bows, and everything looked better than when i came in a week ago looking before and i actually found something this time. Will definitely be coming back as more of a frequent customer. Also grabbed some cleaning supplies as they all looked tidied up!
