Hyde and Seek Life

I done several online, life coaching sessions with Caitlin. She was so gentle and understanding with absolutely everything we spoke about. Finding someone who knows how to approach these difficult and hard to talk about subjects is something I’ve struggled with in the past, it felt so easy and like a massive weight was lifted with how Caitlin approached all of these conversations. I’ve learned how to show up for myself, set healthy boundaries and realise that I am in control of my own narrative. I highly recommend Caitlin, no matter what you need help with, you will be treated with the up most care, respect and professional approach.

I went to Caitlin for my first ever Reiki session today. I've always been curious about trying it to aid in my healing, but have been told in the past that my energy is totally chaotic to participate. Right off the bat, Caitlin said that that wasn't true and made me very comfortable in starting with her.I can't emphasize enough how much Caitlin made this experience so positive and memorable. Her space is calming and quiet, and she makes sure you're at your most comfortable. She answers any questions you may have and explains what she is going to do during the session, and welcomes you to ask her during the session if need be as well. She truly puts her clients needs and comfort first. I truly felt so calm and peaceful after the session, and a lot more in tune with myself.I cannot recommend Caitlin enough either for your first session, or if this is your hundredth. You are 100% missing out if you haven't worked with her yet. She is the most kind, empathetic and caring individual I have met. This was such a positive experience and I will be returning.

Caitlin is really easy to open up with as she is calm and makes you feel at ease. The conversations we had just flowed and seemed effortless. Caitlin has helped me to take a step forward emotionally, and that feels great. I will certainly be using the tools again and again, to build on the good feelings I now enjoy. Caitlin has a passion for her role and this comes through when she is supporting you to be the best version of yourself. Thank you Caitlin. I loved our sessions and what I gained from them. This was my first reiki session. Caitlin’s energy from the minute I entered was so harmonious and easy. From start to finish I was entered into a state of relaxation I’ve never experienced before. I felt peace, healing, clarity and positive overwhelming sense of mediation/ relaxation. I will recommend her to everyone and will absolutely return!Jess
