Maya was extremely professional while trying to help my brother and I get new phones with Virgin. You could tell she was trying to get us the best possible deal and was genuine. Would highly recommend going to this location!

This person named Maya was extremely rude to me. I was on phone with virgin plus support line and they requested me to talk to a store salesman. When I communicated that to her she screamed at me saying They are not my colleagues they are a different channel I won't talk". I never put pressure on you to talk to them and I also suggested that you use your own phone(store phone) to talk to support line.It's very ok if you can't talk to them but no need to be rude to me. While I was still on call with Virgin Plus support she said " if you don't leave I will call the security" that's really unprofessional.She didn't even ask me to leave and I haven't said anything wrong to her.i have filed a complaint; I think she doesn't deserve to be a sales person for Virgin Plus."

I needed a new plan and phone (had to leave Bell and their outrageous prices), and found great support and service here. Wes especially was exceptionally helpful and polite, and would recommend him for any of your phone needs. Great guy and an absolute pleasure to talk and deal with.

Wes is a very nice person.He threats customers so well. He should really be a manage.

My daughter and I went into Virgin Mobile tonight to upgrade our phones and we had the best experience and best service that we have ever received from Virgin Mobile. Although other servers have been nice and helpful, Myla and Maya went above and beyond to help us out. They were very friendly and polite. And it was a pleasure doing business with them. I hope we get to see more of them for future purchases and upgrades. Thanks girls!

Once you land as an International student the one thing that makes a big difference is getting good piece of advice and looking for best interest of people. I would like to call out Raffi for an exceptional customer service. His professionalism and great customer service skills are exceptional. Would definitely recommend all the students of Kitchener to visit the kiosk and ask Raffi for the best deals.
